Cons:

poor food . restaurant food was terrible. I never recommend this hotel. no near good restaurant around lunch time. never try this place. location is superb but food was very bad.

The Lift servicing was going on during pick hour from 4 to 6.45 PM,We were in the 6th floor and we had to go through stairs.

Pros:

View from Room

Cons:

1. The restaurant where complementary breakfast was served was too poor in quality.
2. In room dining they wanted cash at first but after discussion they agreed to add that with final bill.
3. Normally the room rent is BDT 6K but through booking.com they charged BDT 7.5K and they discouraged to use booking.com to get reduced prices in future
4. The price they are charging for room rent is similar to 5 star/4 star hotels in Coxsbazar but they don’t have such facilities.

Not recommend because of the service. You can find better service in other hotels with cheaper rate.
Pros:

The location and the room view was super nice

Cons:

The service is not worthy of the money.
The room wasn't clean. Even the complimentary products in the washroom were cheap rate( literally cheap mini packs available in the local market). Even they don't have slippers.

Pros:

I booked for Full size bed / King size , but I got a different room and very samll size bd. And never mind hearing from them after paying advance by Bksah(They do not take us card)
