Amazing Hotel in Can Tho
Pros:

Excellent facilities, we enjoyed our stay, the pool, the pickleball court, the bicycles, the secluded island it was on. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Amazing stay overall and we would recommend this place and will probably be back in the future as it’s very close to Saigon.

Cons:

Our room had a door that connected to the adjoining room and we could hear some of the neighbors’ movements and they can hear us on our first night. We were talking at a reasonable volume, and they knocked on our door which was very uncomfortable. We talked to the staff about it and they blocked off the room for the rest of our stay (the neighbors checked out the second day), which is very nice of them.

It’s an island so while the food was good, it wasn’t that impressive for the price that is charged and we could find some excellent restaurants in Can Tho for a fraction of the cost.

Es war alles perfekt! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!
So freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, gutes Essen und eine hervorragend gute Spa Behandlung. Wir haben es zwei mal gebucht, so gut war es!
Toller Pool und wunderschöne Anlage

Cons:

Manche Gäste benehmen sich am Pool nicht gut!

Tolles Hotel mit leichten Schwächen.

Das Personal war super, die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war in Ordnung, aber leider auch nicht mehr. Das ist bedauerlich, da das Resort nicht ganz so einfach zu erreichen ist, da man immer eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Shuttleboot braucht, um auf das„Festland“ zu kommen.
Das Bett war nicht gut, die Matratze schon etwas durchgelegen.
Beim Check Out hat sich leider niemand erkundigt, wie denn der Aufenthalt war. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich das erwartet.

Stunning hotel in an isolated island. Excellent for a short retreat

All, it is an excellent location to enjoy the nature and to have a rest. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff is amazing.

Pros:

Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jemand von uns hat eine Allergie und nach einmaliger Mitteilung wusste das ganze Personal darüber Bescheid und hat proaktiv darauf reagiert. Insbesondere möchten wir Hoa Le hervorheben, dessen Service ohne Vergleich war.

Obwohl das Hotel nur mit dem Boot erreicht werden kann, ist man sehr flexibel. Es steht immer ein Boot bereit und man muss nur wenige Minuten warten, bis man das Festland erreicht.

Cons:

Der Empfangsbereich am Festland wirkte etwas vernachlässigt. Die Seife auf der Damentoilette war während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts leer. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir uns unsicher, ob wir am richtigen Ort waren. Nur ein Security-Mitarbeiter war anwesend, der uns dann anwies, ins Boot zu steigen. Auf der Insel angekommen, wurden wir jedoch herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen.

Très bel hôtel de charme, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner si je devais retourner à Can Tho
Pros:

Très bel hôtel , les bungalows sont beaux spacieux et confortables. Les repas sont excellents et le personnel très sympathique. Belle piscine entourée d'une végétation verdoyante et de magnifiques grands arbres .

Cons:

seul petit bémol, le bruit des routes de la ville , l'hôtel se trouve sur une presqu'île au milieu de Can Tho.

A sanctuary, a beautiful setting, divine food, tasteful, spacious rooms and such a gracious staff!
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel, a quiet peaceful setting; a sanctuary. The breakfasts was exceptional and all of the food was delicious .. fresh and wonderful local Vietnamese cuisine. The staff was so well trained, warm, so gracious and helpful and the room was perfect, simple, tasteful and well appointed. A beautiful pool and open air bar.

Cons:

As a designer, I missed fresh flowers in the rooms and on the tables at the dining room (not red dyed buds) and perhaps the staff wearing different soft pastel colored shirts (instead of boring beige)... A little color and flowers would add a taste of the tropics and a feminine touch to an otherwise perfect hotel!

W sanctuary, beautiful setting, lovely rooms, delicious fresh food and the most gracious staff!
Pros:

The setting of the hotel is so peaceful, the room was tasteful, simplicity in design and beautifully appointed, the outside bar was lovely, and the pool is amazing! The breakfast and ALL of the meals were outstanding! Beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables and delicious local Vietnamese cuisine! Outstanding!The staff were so well trained, so gracious, warm and helpful!
I even had a personal cooking class that was wonderful and delicious!

Cons:

No complaints at all!
