We lucked out when we got this place. Made our stay in Christchurch exceptional

This place exceeded my expectations in location & facilities. Loved the fact that there was a washer & dryer in the apartment & everything was fairly new. Even the utensils & knives were excellent.

Central and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the washer / dryer too!

Good location to everywhere at reasonable price.
Pros:

Walking distance to bus interchange, big hypermarket, riverside market and other sights. Room and bathroom were spacious and senior friendly, kitchenette has everything like coffee machine, microwave/convection oven, toaster etc, cutlery including wash cloth. Good size fridge too. Place is also quiet.

No chopping board.

Convenient location in the Christchurch CBD
Pros:

Everything was as advertised. Quiet surroundings, yet still within walking distance of the 'inner' CBD and eateries such as Little High and Riverside Market. Ample pillows and the water pressure in the shower were very good!

Staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

There was a little excess noise from other rooms when doors slam, and the walls can be a little thin, letting one hear some residual noise from others. It's not a big deal, but something to be aware of.

Good place to stay in Christchurch
Pros:

Good to have an apartment
Could use the kitchen and washing machine

Cons:

Would have been nice to open a window as I have issues with aircon
Also room was always hot when i returned in afternoon
