Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, easy to locate and very friendly staff. Hotel is not near any of the main attractions/things to see however it is near a tram stop/underground/train station. You can get the D team from Franz-Josef station which takes you to the parliament/hofburg area and from there everything is walkable!

Der Aufenthalt war gut, Personal stets freundlich und serviceorientiert - Preis-Leistung war gut!
Pros:

Das Zimmer in der Ausstattung ausreichend, um Wien zu erkunden.
Die Lage ist zentral und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nahe, sowie in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war am zweiten Übernachtungstag (Sonntag) etwas weniger bestückt - Auswahl geringer.

Sehr sauber und der Check-In und Out total unkompliziert. Frühstück sehr gut.
Ideal für eine Geschäftsreise oder einen Kurztrip nach Wien, wenn man nicht viel im Zimmer ist.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr distanziert und nicht wirklich zuvorkommend im Frühstücksbereich.
An der Rezeption jedoch sehr nett.
