One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel amazingly clean and comfortable. Soundproofing all over the hotel. Great breakfast. Location is good not excellent because you have to walk a distance of about 15 minutes to get to the metro station and due to heat at the time we were visiting it wasn't very pleasant. Although there werw bus and trum stops closer to the hotel. Overall everything was amazing and will be back here again if I will visit vienna.

L'emplacement est plutôt bien.
Le personnel est sympathique, bien que sorti de de/en, il n'y ait plus personne.
Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment médiocre comparé aux standards autrichiens.
Très peu de choix de petits pains, petits pains mous.
Eau pétillante en carafe, donc quasi dégazée.
Absolument AUCUNE viennoiserie.
Choix de charcuterie quasi inexistant (salami/jambon cru/jambon blanc/roulades), et de qualité supermarché.
Pas de compotes.
Aucun yaourt à la myrtille, la référence autrichienne.
Jus de pomme industriel.
Le bâtiment est quelconque, les photos publiées ne sont pas celles de la façade. L'intérieur de l'accueil est glacial.
La literie est moyenne et les chalets exigües.
Dernier point. Lorsque l'hôtel prétend veiller au gaspillage d'eau, il serait bien qu'il respecte les règles. Une serviette suspendue n'est pas à changer tous les jours. Seules les serviettes au sol sont censées être changées. Le personnel d'entretien n'est pas au courant de ce qui est écrit sur le sticker (comme dans la quasi totalité des hôtels)

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The location is good, and the city centre is within walking distance. Vienna is a beautiful city – it's just a pity it was so hot during our visit.
