Agradable. El entorno es maravilloso.
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, el entorno donde se ubica el hotel es hermosísimo.
La persona que atendía en el comedor fue muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno podría haber sido mejor, sobre todo considerando que el precio que me cobraron fue excesivo para 1 persona, comparado con otros hoteles similares en la zona (según la información que me compartieron personas que estaban en Ystad al mismo tiempo que yo).

A nice and rustic hotel in a lovely old building
Pros:

A pretty and rustic hotel in a great location. Our top floor room was romantic with its bay window and tilted ceiling and had a nice view over a quiet street but sadly not as nicely decorated as in the photos. However it was very clean and the bed was comfy. The room was very small but adrquate for one night.

Cons:

Breakfast was versatile but could ne better displayed, now a bit messy.
Be aware og wery steep staircase leading to rooms upstairs.

Det jag i första hand tar med mig är personalens fantastiska personliga engagemang.
Pros:

Frukosten uppfyllde förväntningarna. Servicen var enastående med stort personligt engagemang. Innergården var helt fantastisk att sitta i lugn och ro bland sköna växter.

Cons:

Hotellet inrymt i en äldre byggnad vilket innebar att trappan till övervåningen var lite knepig.

Pros:

Klimat miejsca - hotel idealnie wpisuje się w atmosferę uliczki i sąsiedztwa. Wchodząc do pokoju, ma się wrażenie że troszkę cofnęło się w czasie. Śniadania są typowo Szwedzkie, smaczne i obfite. Obsługa dba i to, żeby każdy gość czuł się dobrze i wyjątkowo. Ystad jest malownicze, a pobyt w hotelu dopełnia to wrażenie.
