Great for a short visit
Pros:

Libre Hotel is a smaller boutique hotel with a great location in Miraflores. It is basic but stylish and clean. The staff is very friendly. My room was very quiet but I was still provided complimentary ear plugs for my sleep due to nearby construction. Breakfast is included and very tasty compared with other hotels I have visited. There are many of restaurants nearby as well. As a solo female traveler with a short time in Lima, it was perfect.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, making it convenient to get around, and the hotel was easy to find when we arrived.
