If the receptionist was not so great I’d give it one star
Pros:

The reception was fantastic. 5 stars the lobby smells good

Cons:

They do t clean the room good , just make the bed. The bed is not a king it’s 2 small beds pushed together with a crack in the middle. Asked for 3 hour more late check out and they want $30 USD. For the money there is better

Atendimento muito bom, a recepcionista Sara foi super gentil e nos proporcionou uma estadia muito satisfatória, gostamos de tudo, acomodações confortáveis, banheiro limpo, funcionários sempre sorridentes.

Cons:

de um funcionário especifico que ficava no restaurante, não lembro o nome dele mais sempre estava de mal humor, mas ele era uma exceção ao excelentes atendimento dos demais, que eram sempre muito prestativos

As roupas de cama são de muita qualidade.
O quarto é amplo e o chuveiro é bom
A maioria dos funcionários são solicitos, apenas um foi desagradável.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bem básico, acredito que por questões culturais. Mas não é ruim.
As regras quanto ao uso de alguns espaços deveriam ser melhor explicadas.

Excelente hotel para quedarte en Lima cerca de todo en Mira Flores
Pros:

La cercanía a la playa, muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, muy limpio y ordenado, preparan desayuno para llevar si tienes q viajar temprano o ir a algún tour. La ducha muy buena presión y buena regulación de la temperatura. Los recepcionistas muy amables. Tienen grifos de agua filtrada en los pasillos para llenar, lo q evita tener q andar comprando agua embotellada.

Nada. Todo perfecto.
