Pros:

I felt overcharged for a three day stay . It cost 500 dollars bed and breakfast. That's over the top for this kind of facility that forest not even have grounds.

Pros:

I stayed with my husband for 3 nights. It was very good. The services., the location, and the staff treated us with patient and they very polite..I recommend it for couples..

we booked suite with lake view, during the week before arrival i added my husbands name to the booking, this was the reason why they could not give me the lake view, strange excuse as we just added info to the booking no changed of booking type of room

Window and door screens
Pros:

The breakfast in the morning was excellent.. courteous and helpful staff facility was clean.

Cons:

I didn't like that. The room had screens on the inside of the door so because the screens or on the inside of the door when the flies insects were on the screen. And you tried to close the door the bugs entered the room for that split.Second, while you pull the door close. I'm from the US. The screens on our windows and doors are on the outside of the window. Therefore, you can open or close the screen.Anytime of the day and the bugs stay on the outside of the screen.

Pros:

空港まで車で15分、ヴィクトリアモール(カルフールが入っていて買い物に便利)まで歩いてすぐと立地が良い。朝食が種類豊富で美味しい。15分の無料フットマッサージが受けられる。スタッフも皆親切。部屋の調度品は若干古い感じがするものの水回りは新しく綺麗。

Great location, room, helpful staff, an amazing breakfast!!!
Pros:

Great location with a large room and a beautiful view of the water. It is only a half a block from the water. And a really great location for walking to a number of places easily. The breakfast is amazing with fresh fruit and fresh juices, a wide variety of pastries, and Kuwaiti, Indian, and western main dish options. I will definitely stay here again!

Dejligt hotel. Fin beliggenhed.
Pros:

Dejlig varieret og frisk frugt. Forskellig frisk juice, vandmelonjuice var fantastisk. Kok lavede æg på bestilling, hvilket dog ind imellem tog tid og ikke svarede helt til det vi bestilte.
Kompetent og imødekommende personale i receptionen. Store værelser.

Cons:

Personalet i restauranten var langsomme, uopmærksomme og manglede i den grad oplæring ift at servicere gæster. Vi talte 9 tjenere som blot stod og kiggede uden at assistere eller fylde op. Det tog ekstrem lang tid fra bestilling til eksekvering. Man fik et spørgende eller tomt blik når man bestilte, hvorefter bestilling gik igennem 3-4 personer. Ofte kom vores vand ifm morgenmad når vi var færdige med a spise, selv om vi rykkede. Morgenmad til kl 10.00, men ingen opfyldning på fadene hvis man kom 9.30.

Den Preis doppelt abgebucht musste mit booking 4 Wochen kämpfen für Rückerstattung. Hatte bei der Abreise meinen Autoschlüssel vergessen, hotel um Hilfe gebeten, nach 6 Wochen ist der Schlüssel immer noch nicht da. Niemals ein 4 Sterne hotel, nach unserem Standard maximal 2 Sterne
