Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, my second time staying here. It’s very clean and in good condition. It’s situated on an excellent location just outside krakow and has good walking distance to many things such as shops, the Vistula river and some lovely restaurants.
The hotel feels very secure as it now has coded doors etc. I had a gorgeous view of St Joseph’s church from my room. Overall, the hotel is worth the money.

Cons:

I found it frustrating that the fire stick that plays Netflix, YouTube etc was not working. At night when wanting to watch TV it just kept saying it could not connect despite me trying everything. Don’t get me wrong this didn’t take anything away from the hotel it was amazing regardless!

Pros:

La situation géographique top, on peut aller au centre à pied ou en tram.
Le personnel est plutôt sympa

Cons:

Pas de personnel présent, il faut se rendre dans un autre hôtel pour avoir des renseignements, être pris en charge sur nos demandes. Mais le personnel est très sympa et serviable.
Si on veut prendre un petit déjeuner, il faut se rendre dans cet hôtel situé à 300m donc pas très agréable

Pros:

A szállás tiszta volt, az elhelyezkedése a parkolási nehézségek ellenére jó. Jól felszerelt, az ágy különösen kényelmes, az ágynemű, törölközők tiszták voltak.

Cons:

A parkolás a belvárosi elhelyezkedés miattam kicsit nehézkes volt, de megoldható. A szobában nagyon meleg volt, de a klíma nem működött, illetve elindult, de pár másodperc működés után leállt.

Piękny pokoj w butikowym hotelu z widokiem na plac przy przystanku Korona. Bliskość tego przystanku to dodatkowy atut, bo o ile z hotelu blisko jest nad Wisłę i spacerem można dojść pod Wawel czy na Rynek, to jednak wcześnie rano lepiej mieć tramwaj "pod nosem", gdy trzeba wcześnie wstać na pociąg czy samolot. Pokój duży, jasny, czysty, łóżko wygodne. Protip: recepcja Plazy nie znajduje się w tym budynku, tylko przy ul. Węgierskiej, najlepiej więc zadzwonić i się upewnić, czy trzeba się tam stawić osobiście. Jeśli dostaliście kod smsem, a hotel pobrał Wam już płatność, możecie od razu kierować się do hotelu (ten system z otwieraniem wszystkich drzwi jednym kodem jest świetny, nie ma obaw o zgubienie kluczy).

Hotel nie jest zły, ale latem dyskwalifikuje go de facto niedziałająca klimatyzacja
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, czysty pokój. W środku nie było za głośno. Kiedy na recepcji ktoś był (zwykle nie było), to obsługa była miła.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja nie działa. To znaczy działa, ale po krótkim czasie automatycznie się wyłącza. Nie dało się nadpisać tego ustawienia. W efekcie w nocy prawie się ugotowaliśmy. Wygenerowany automatycznie kod do wejścia nie działał; trzeba było dzwonić na numer podany na drzwiach do hotelu, żeby wygenerowano nam nowy (bo nikogo nie było na recepcji).

Value for money
Pros:

Mid range hotel, good for the money. The room was cleaned daily. It was fine using the code for the main door and the hotel room. We had no issues. The sister hotel was only a five minute walk for breakfast and the staff were very helpful. There is plenty of choice for the breakfast. We had a meal in the restaurant on one occasion and the chef accommodated my food allergy very well. We did have an issue with the tv, but it was fixed the same day. The hotel is about 35 minute walk to the old town, but you can get a tram or an Uber easily enough. There is some tram noise, but it isn’t much of a problem.

It was a great stay except for the aircon on our room was faulty on our last night of stay.
Pros:

The location is very accessible to different places like shops, transportation and tourist sites.

Cons:

It’s a self check-in or check-out hotel so no physical hotel receptionist that is easy to deal with.
