Xenon Hotel & SPA

I loved my stay here. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful and in a good location in Belgrade. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Una experiencia unica. Un hotel de 5 estrellas. Todo perfecto. El personal muy amable y servicial. Las instalaciones impecables. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Great facility and staff. They were kind to honor the breakfast being included (it seemed to be a bit of the mixup, but they honor it).

Parking entrance is in the Stanislava Sremcevica.

The staff and management was rude, abusive and threatened my personal security.

Very friendly receptionist helped with ourcheck in and took us to the room.
This is a very clean property. The pool is not too big but it was perfect as there were no other guests at the pool area and we could swim and relax.

The bathroom looks great but the shower door insulation needs to be fixed, as it was leaking underneath.

Breakfast buffet is relatively OK but could be improved, having in mind the room price.

We had a lovely stay!

La instalacion necesita mantenimiento, como el area del SPA. La climatizacion no funcionaba bien. El restaurante no funcionaba.

Magnifique hôtel,très propre et bien situé.

Amazing hotel with excellent value for money! The room is large and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful! The large pool has sea water and the small one has jacuzzi features. The only downside is that there is no floor heating around the pool area, and there are marble tiles all around. The use of the spa was included in the price. Very well organized, will come back for sure!!!

Einfach alles von der Bedienung bis zum Zimmer sowie das Personal

1. Ankunft: Es war ein Zimmer reserviert für 4 Personen (Zeitraum 11.10-14.10, 2 Kind-Bett und 2 Queen- Schlafsofa). Als ich ankam und mein Zimmer in Anspruch nehmen wollte, hieß es, das Zimmer sei nicht ausgestattet für 4 erwachsene Personen, sondern nur für ein Ehepaar + 2 Kinder. Ich sah mir das Zimmer an und stellte fest, dass in diesem Zimmer nur ein King-Bett und eine Schlafcouch sich befanden. DIES ENTSPRACH NICHT MEINER RESERVIERUNG! Den als ich buchte wurde mir zugesprochen 2 King-Bett und 2 Queen Schlafsofas. Als ich die Mitarbeiterin darauf ansprach, erwiderte Sie, das Ihre Zimmer für so eine größe nicht ausgestattet seien. Es fielen zusätzliche Kosten an in Höhe von 45,00 €, da in dieses Zimmer zusätzlich ein weiteres Bett hingestellt werden musste, da das Hotel, das schlafen von 2 Personen auf einer Schlafcouch nicht zuließ (Rechnung vorhanden). Somit wurde ein weiteres Bett ins Zimmer gestellt und das Zimmer wurde deutlich kleiner und entsprach nicht mehr der Reservierung. Es herrschte Platzmangel und es war sehr eng.
2.) Da wir 4 Personen in diesem Zimmer waren, wurde uns nicht die entsprochene Menge an Handtüchern, Bademänteln, Toilettenpapier und jegliche Kosmetik (Shampoo,etc.) zur Verfügung gestellt. Ständig musste in der Rezeption angerufen werden, das der Zimmerservice die entsprechende Menge hineinstellt. 3.) Das Personal am Frühstücksbüffet war sehr unfreundlich und das Frühstück beschämend, eine Sauerei für 10€/Person. ES WAR MEIN GEBURTSTAGWOCHENENDE

Terrible hotel. We prepaid for 4 days and run away after 1 night.
NO air condition bc they said that the summer ends. The temperature outside is 29 and the summer ends.

Très belle découverte !!! Hôtel récent de très bon standing sans compter une réception de grande qualité : les trois receptionnistes sont très accueillantes souriantes et très professionnelles. Beau bâtiment auddo bien extérieurement qu interieurement. Aménagé de façon raffiné. Chambre très spacieusement de bon standing avec une superbe salle de bains. Très très propre. Le spa superbe et très propre également. Peignoir et chaussons dans la chambre. Accès direct au spa avec l ascenseur. On y reviendra c est sûre pour la qualite et les services proposés. Du haut standing dans cet hotel aux dimensions humaines (27 chambres) mais au standing grandiose. Merci a tout le personnel ausdi bien a la reception qu au service du petit déjeuner. Ps petit plus bar frigo dans la chambre. Beaux mobiliers et nombreux rangements ainsi qu un coffre-fort gratuit. Merci a tout le personnel et aux responsables de l Hôtel !!!

Great hotel in quality of service and comfort. The facilities are superb and luxurious. The location is slightly obscure and inconvenient however the taxis in Belgrade are cheap and accessible.

Excellent hotel with good facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable modern rooms. Nice pool after a long day's work. Friendly local economical eating and drinking places nearby. Short taxi trip to city centre. Would go back.
