Pros:

Прежде всего нужно сказать, что это не отель в полном понимании. Это спортивный клуб с возможностью переночевать. Номеров всего 8, территория только под автостоянку и небольшая площадка для детей. Сами здания основного корпуса и СПА-корпуса новые, с хорошим вкусом отделано, все работает, но есть нюансы.Гулять негде, все за забором, территории нет. До пляжа можно дойти за 20 мин, если знаешь как. У нас в связи с тем что санатории Дюны и Белые ночи закрыты из-за пандемии, пройти через их территории охрана не разрешила, а в обход вдоль реки не вариант с ребенком 4 лет. Персонал и обслуживание без претензий. Питание без большого выбора,но есть очень вкусные блюда. Очень понравился борщ с пампушками. Для детского меню лучше макароны с сыром другие использовать ( помельче). Бассейн классный. Самые хорошие впечатления у ребенка - бассейн и батут во дворе.
Обращаюсь только к постояльцам отеля - номера для некурящих, курить там нельзя, однако люди, думают, что если в туалете нет датчиков, то можно.
Нельзя - это значит нельзя, последствия ваших привычек не выветриваются и не отмываются. Находиться в прокуренном номере некурящим людям очень некомфортно.

Отсутствуют сетки на окнах - отсюда все проблемы
Pros:

Отличная парковка под навесом. Хороший матрас. В номере чай, холодильник, фен, гигиенич.наборы, халаты, тапочки. Санузел свежий, напор воды хороший. Неплохой завтрак по заказу (без овощей и фруктов, остальное можно выбрать, все качественное). В бассейне была все утро практически одна - он шикарный. Но не получила то, зачем ехала - выспаться на свежем воздухе. Из-за отсутствия сеток на окнах всю ночь ловила комаров (понятно, спать под кондиционером не вариант и не рассматривается). Так же сырость и запах из санузла, которую можно было бы легко проветрить, если бы можно было нормально открыть окна. Надо понимать, что рядом нет ничего, кроме заправки. Парк начинается через 1 км, ближе не погулять - все за забором, территории нет. До пляжа можно дойти за 20 мин. Персонал и обслуживание без претензий.
