Be aware the at you have to self check in. It’s like the Ryanair of Hotels. They won’t do it for you.

Very rude staff member who told me when I complained about having to self check in and fill in all the info with little help when I didn’t have their booking reference (different to that given by booking.com) that “I should have booked somewhere else if I didn’t want to do self check in” very rude considered I had paid €1200 for 4 rooms for the night. Is this where hotels are going? No staff to check people in. It was “against hotel policy for the staff to check guests in”. Very frustrating after a long tiring day of travel and meetings. Nice staff member the next morning made up for the previous afternoon’s staff member.

Loved it! Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

The location was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and pillows were soft but firm. The huge windows opened and let the fresh air in well.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t enclosed, but no major issue.

The view from the room was exceptional.

The breakfast room was a bit too small, and I had to wait for a table to be free for quite a long time.

Ideal location in Amsterdam for work or leisure
Pros:

Convenient location surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Easy access to buses and trams and away from the hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam. 2 minutes walk from our daughter’s apartment!

It was a gorgeous location with lots going on and a short walk from Jordan
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were amazing and so welcoming the room felt a little dusty like it hadn’t been used in a while but felt clean and bright which was great !!

Cons:

The only thing I really would change was the shower heads it’s was a little impractical didn’t have an actual shower head
