Onpersoonlijk onthaal, je moet alles zelf regelen qua incheck, personeel niet vriendelijk, ontbijt erg beperkt, douche vertoonde mankementen.
Mi è piaciuto tutto , la struttura è moderna , super pulita , ottima la colazione.l'accoglienza è stata cordiale il personale disponibile.

La climatisation / ventilation fait beaucoup trop de bruit la nuit pour pouvoir passer une belle nuit.
Beautiful green location right next to Westerpark, with a cool and stylish atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even offering drinks for both adults and children. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant next to the hotel was excellent, we had a wonderful dinner there.
The main issue was the noise. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and on our first night there was a party outside until around 5 a.m. One of our rooms also had a very noisy air-conditioning motor, while the other was fine. The staff were kind and understanding, but unfortunately there could only move one room to the quieter side of the building.
Was there for an event and was so close to what I needed, I’ve started about. 4 times and different room each time, always had. Great stay

Il contesto dell'hotel immerso nel verde
Tutto il resto non mi é piaciuto, dal bagno con doccia ammuffita ai 15 euro in più per un early checkin quando la stanza era già pronta. La posizione poi non é strategica per nulla, per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti di tram (la zona é comoda solo per usufruire del tram n.5 che porta nella zona del museo di Van Gogh) questo costringe a pagare per gli spostamenti più di quanto si pensa al momento della prenotazione.
