Gezellig Oostenrijks hotel met fijn restaurant
Pros:

Gezellig hotel met oude details en moderne elementen. Wij hadden 3 kamers gereserveerd. Met onze kinderen hadden wij een hele grote kamer met 2 persoonsbed, 1 eenpersoonsbed en een goede slaapbank. Douche was iets gedateerd, maar schoon. De andere personen die mee gingen hadden een vernieuwde kamer, zag er heel mooi uit met een hele nieuwe douche.
Er is een restaurant bij waar je heerlijk Oostenrijks kunt eten. Was erg lekker en zag er gezellig uit. Ontbijt de volgende ochtend was ook prima. Ontbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze. Genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid voor het hotel. Lag centraal met een kleine supermarkt aan de overkant. Wij gebruikten het als doorreis hotel.
Aardig personeel, in- en uitchecken verliep soepel.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, die Betten komfortabel (wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen, es war sehr ruhig in der Nacht), das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Bad ist frisch renoviert, das Zimmer großzügig und sauber.

Cons:

Uns wurde leider nicht mitgeteilt, dass während unseres Aufenthalts eine Feier bis 3:00 Uhr im Gastraum stattfindet. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, sodass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Good value and close to Worgl.
Pros:

Good value and comfortable. Nice breakfast and charming property. Close to Worgl HBF.

Cons:

Hard to get to late at night since buses don’t run late from Worgl HBF. Also taxis are hard to find, need to call ahead to hotel to arrange taxis. Not easy to walk there from Worgl.

Für eine Nacht, zur vorzeitigen Anreise zum Wilden Kaiser ausreichend, besser ich hätte das bekommen was ich gebucht hab

Die Lage und das Personal

Die Tatsache das ich über Booking aktiv dieses Hotel gebucht hatte für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind 11 Jahre. Ich hatte nämlich ein Zimmer mit drei Betten gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein DZ. Trotz Buchung v. 3 Pers.. Ich habe daraufhin interveniert und zusätzlich ein EZ bekommen. Die Ausstattung des DZ und EZ entsprachen nicht der Beschreibung. Überhaupt war die Beschreibung des Zimmer bei der Buchung eine andere, auch die Fotos als am unmittelbareren Tag der Anreise. Ich wollte nämlich abgleichen was ich gebucht hatte, das entsprach nicht mehr dem von der Buchung. Personal jedoch freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
