Faltou orientação da impossibilidade de entrar com veículo próprio nas proximidades do hotel zona Ztl chegamos bem tarde e provavelmente tomaremos uma multa por ter chegado próximo ao hotel para descarregar as bagagens , pelo nível do hotel deveria haver um transfer para deslocamento carro hotel

Overall, it’s a true hidden gem that offers an absolutely magical stay in the heart of Matera.

5/5 ⭐️ A Perfect Oasis in Matera!
Our stay was absolutely spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to great restaurants and key sights. Plus, the view of Matera from our bedroom window was completely breathtaking. It was a perfect little oasis from the heat.
The breakfast was incredible. It featured a high-quality selection of cheeses, cured meat, salmon, fruits, and eggs made to order, all paired with proper Italian espresso served by friendly staff.
The spa is also superb with ideal water temperatures. It needs to be booked in advance, which is completely understandable to ensure a relaxing experience.
We highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only minor drawback is that the spa team takes a bit of time to confirm booking slots over email, though they are super friendly and welcoming in person.

Quality, service and attention to detail is second to none!
Pros:

Location, ammenities, staff, food. Honestly everything other than the price (mostly because of the exchange rate for my country rather than the actual price)

We are a family of four so they made us take two rooms when we easily could have fit into one room. I pointed out that this was not exactly family friendly. They were able to comp our dinner though. The pool was cold and our 12 year old son couldn’t go in despite being very mature.

Localização sensacional, na cidade histórica. A reserva dá direito a uma hora no spa (sauna e piscina) e foi excelente para recuperar da viagem. o local é lindo, o café da manhã delicioso e as instalações excelentes.

Matera Dream stay
Pros:

The room was Amazing,(suite)such a different experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I had to ask for some milk and extra toiletries and were brought to the room immediately.
Location was very good, there was a good selection of nice restaurants within 200m.
