Pros:

Todo, la recepción, el spa, las camas, sábanas, el aroma de la habitación, el baño, desayuno, todo.
En nuestro caso fuimos a una Suite así que estabamos dentro del edificio principal. Silencioso y no hace falta salir a la calle para acceder al spa.

The hotel and spa are magnificent. They made arriving to the property via car service so smooth for us. It's well worth it to use that service, as the city itself is challenging to navigate on your own. The warm welcome, beautiful rooms, amazing spa and delicious dining were just cherries and whipped cream on top of this beautiful experience. I see why the people of Matera are so proud and why this is a UNESCO world heritage site. I'm coming back to Matera, and staying right here!

Questo hotel, insieme alla sua spa, è semplicemente magnifico. Fin dal nostro arrivo, reso impeccabile dal servizio auto, tutto è stato curato con una classe e una fluidità rare. È un servizio che consiglio senza esitazione, anche perché orientarsi in città autonomamente non è affatto semplice.

L’accoglienza calorosa, le camere bellissime, la spa eccezionale e la cucina deliziosa hanno coronato un’esperienza già di per sé straordinaria. Si comprende subito perché i materani siano così orgogliosi della loro città e perché Matera sia stata insignita del titolo di Patrimonio Mondiale dell’UNESCO.

Tornerò a Matera, e non avrei alcun dubbio su dove soggiornare: qui.

Pros:

Excelente localização bem no coração de Matera. O quarto era dentro de uma caverna com todas as comodidades modernas: internet com boa velocidade, TV e banheiro. Nenhum cheio de mofo ou umidade foi sentido. O café da manhã é bom e com várias opções de bolos e pães e podem ser pedidos diferentes tipos de café e omelete ou ovos mexidos.
O acesso ao Spa fazia parte do valor da diária e é um local delicioso para passar um tempo relaxando.

Cons:

Algo estranho para mim é não haver porta no banheiro, vaso e chuveiro ficam expostos.

La posizione dell’hotel centrale, nella parte più pittoresca di Matera. Buona la colazione varia e ricca. Bellissima la spa, molto suggestiva.

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera era molto umida e l’odore di muffa era davvero forte, sicuramente per questo non all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle e del costo alto del soggiorno.

Rethink stay especially if have children and can’t use spa
Pros:

Location. Looked good and breakfast and reception staff helpful but spa staff need to learn some social skills. The way they spoke to clients and the amount of noise they made while I was resting/ sleeping was way too much. I was only person in there so there was no reason to rattle plastic and fill things in that space.

Cons:

Spa service, no tv and wifi in my room when pouring outside and they said they would let me know when coming back. I waited 2 hours rang again and they said they are working on it. I missed dinner and went to bed. Tv alarm went off at 1:30 am. Not a peaceful stay
