The location was good, but the staff made the stay,
Great location and setting. The rooms were very clean and the. Fabulous views and great to be in the caves. Nice and cool inside. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The checking in was lengthy. The kettle was temperamental. There was a used flossing stick left in the shower.
Hotel bellissimo In centro pieno , parcheggio pubblico a 3 minuti a piedi , personale fantastico e disponibile, la spa è bellissima ed il fatto che scaglioni le entrate rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole e garantisce la tua privacy .

This is a totally unique hotel. The staff were fantastic and the spa was just wonderful. The hotel is just off a street with outside bars and restaurants, great atmosphere.
Parking is a bit of an issue, we parked in the place the hotel recommended and taxied to the hotel. To be fair this all went without a hitch.
Great location, kind staff, great service. pricey but it comes with the room (5 stars)
Bed too hard. Reaching hotel is also a challenge as parking is not allowed

The air conditioner was not working, the shower did not have any door to bathroom which resulted in water flowing everywhere without draining.
