Très bon emplacement, excellent petit déjeuner, personnel au petit soin avec coupe de prosecco et upgrade de chambre à l'occasion de notre lune de miel. Très bon espace sauna hammam et piscine.
L'espace spa (sauna hammam piscine) est accessible une seule fois pour le séjour et il faut réserver le créneau
La chambre était superbe mais pas de porte entre les toilettes et la chambre
Enfin on a pris un supplément pour effectuer 2 massages et les massages étaient vraiment très décevant pour un 5*, étant fans de massage dans de beaux établissements, nous avons trouvé ça bien en dessous des standards haut de gamme et beaucoup trop cher pour cette qualité
O hotel inteiro novo, reformado e muito elegante ! Ambiente gostoso e sem deixar de lado o que mais gostariamos de sentir que era dormir nas rochas.
Ganhamos 1 hora de spa, mas foi impossivel agendar um horario. Tudo muito lotado !
Great place to see Matera. The spa was a pleasant surprise and they allowed our teenage kids to enjoy it with us. The hotel was peaceful and the staff were extremely helpful.

Tutto fantastico. Staff eccezionale, ottima posizione. Suite emozionante! La spa, il cui primo accesso è compreso nel soggiorno, è davvero curata, pulita e molto accogliente.
Da provare assolutamente il ristorante che sa coniugare i gusti della tradizione licana, con gli elementi della cucina moderna. Davvero soddisfacente.

Incredible location, big beautiful rooms, it was so clean and the staff was so helpful! The location is magical. Right in the heart of the old town, it’s stunning.
I’d recommend you take a shuttle or taxi to the hotel. Taking our luggage down the stairs was quite the adventure.

Beautiful, clean & really interesting hotel accommodations (cave-like). Our room was on a main “hangout spot” so noisy late into the night. Spa & Restaurant was amazing & memorable.
Parking & getting to hotel was difficult at best. It was not made clear upon booking.
