Cons:

Le spa est pas toujours inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Pour 2 nuits tu as uniquement accès à une seule fois le spa. Sinon il faut payer un surplus en cas de spa supplémentaire

Perfect Sassi location, stunning suite, great spa, and exceptional staff
Pros:

The location was perfect, in the heart of the Sassi, close to restaurants, and within walking (climbing) distance from the sites that make Matera famous.

We had chosen a superior suite, and the photos on the website did not do it justice! The room far exceeded our expectations. You could easily fit three standard hotel rooms inside and still have room left over to walk comfortably. It was the perfect combination of ancient vibe and modern comfort.

Our room included a complimentary hour at the spa, along with the sauna, steam room, pool, and relaxation area.

Breakfast was also included. The variety of food offered was so abundant that we usually skipped lunch and had an early dinner.

The staff was amazing and always there to help whenever we needed something.

Cons:

Everything was perfect the way it was. We look forward to coming back and staying longer next time.

Un’esperienza unica.
Pros:

La struttura è davvero caratteristica.
La Spa, oltre ad essere davvero molto pulita con un personale attento (davvero notevole il trattamento effettuato), ha un’architettura unica nel suo genere e giá solo per questo meriterebbe una visita.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito e ci hanno fatto soggiornare in una delle suite, anch’essa-un giusto mix tra antico e moderno- grande e pulita.
Abbiamo cenato benissimo presso il ristorante dell’hotel: cibo ricercato e sapori decisi.
Tutto il personale molto gentile ed educato.
Ci siamo sentiti un po’ a casa!

Cons:

Unica nota negativa: i cuscini, non proprio il massimo del comfort.

Excellent stay at a great location! You'd love it!
Pros:

We loved everything about the hotel: clean, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent spa, too! All this in a cave and at a great location! You'd be pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

The only caveat is you can't get there with a car. So, you have to leave it at a parking garage about 5 min walk away. But that's a minor thing compared to what you'd get

It was an incredible experience, one that I would like to repeat
