Pros:

Beautiful architecture, stunning location with picturesque sunset. Great breakfast. Blocked drain which flooded room reasonably well handled. Attention to detail could improve.

Η honeymoon suite τελεια, το πρωινό τέλειο, η περιοχή τελεια, όλα τελεια!!! Το προσωπικό μας βοήθησε άμεσα και με ενα πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε με το αυτοκίνητο και τους ευχεριστουμε

Absolutely satisfied
Pros:

Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 days it was a quick buisness trip but I have been to other hotels in Volos & Portaria and the Valeni is hands down the most relaxing and all of the service was excellent I have absolutely no complaints. Food was great, Coffee was excellent, pool was fun, the views at night were great also.

מלון יפה ומטופח.
Pros:

הזמנו חדר ירח דבש וכמובן שילמנו בהתאם ואף ציינו שזה יום נישואין, כמובן שלא היתה כל התיחסות לכך. בפרסום החדר מצולמת אמבטיה אך במציאות לא היתה ובמקומה באו תירוצים. הכספת לא עבדה. סה"כ המלון יפה מאוד ומטופח, החדר גדול ומרווח מרפסת עם נוף צדדי למפרץ וולוס ולים, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומגוונת. שימוש בספא עולה כסף וחבל. בריכה חיצונית גדולה ויפה אך קרירה. המלון מרוחק קצת ממרכז הכפר. וכחצי שעה מהחוף הקרוב ביותר. סה"כ נהנינו.

Bel hôtel avec une jolie piscine et une très belle vue.
Chambre très propre et agréable excepté une climatisation insuffisante. Personnel charmant.
