Did not get the vip, front desk wasn't familiar with the program or benefits
Only stayed one night it was fine for what we needed , dinner and breakfast were great

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and the hot tubs and sauna were a nice relaxing way to unwind after traveling.

The property was located in a relatively remote area in a beautiful setting. The hotel itself was gorgeous and tranquil.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, te sientes conectado con el campo y todo muy bonito y limpio. Tienen jacuzzi lo cual es muy conveniente al llegar en la noche y muy buen desayuno. Recomiendo mucho quedarse aquí.

Beautiful area and grounds. Courteous and helpful staff. King room had an amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. Complaints are: even though it was "cold" for our August trip (low 50 F during day) and we had the window cracked open as much as possible; it was impossibly hot in the room at night. No ventilation or AC. Front desk was apologetic but could do nothing but supply a small fan (which then kept us up all night with the noise). Fancy restaurant was.... meh, okay considering the very expensive prices. Kind of disappointed in the experience despite the beautiful place.

Warm and welcoming staff! Delicious complimentary breakfast with gorgeous views all around. They even gave us fans for our room since us Americans aren’t used to no AC lol! An excellent hotel over all!

Loved that the property was hidden away from the main town but close enough to get to the town for food. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was beautiful but very limited breakfast options for those who don’t eat pork. The eggs were sweet and didn’t taste great. Every other options was a sweet option. Would be nice if they had some potatoes at least and changed their scrambled egg recipe. The boiled eggs were pretty much raw.

We were bite by bedbag in this hotel.Be careful.

Beautiful apartment that’s well stocked with everything you need. The owner put a lot of thought into this Airbnb! It was the best place we stayed in Iceland!

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location with plenty of parking. This is the perfect halfway point to Akureryi. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There also is a restaurant upstairs with a nice view. This is also where breakfast is which had a nice variety throughout the buffet. Staff was friendly as well. Thanks!

Bed was great. The room was a little hot for us.

Chef Theodore in Restaurant Calor was amazing! The food was excellent and he shared interesting details about the food and his travels. We enjoyed Calor very much!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very clean and modern, and very well decorated and designed. The area around the hotel is sparsely populated, but the scenery is beautiful and it is close to several nearby sites including waterfalls and the geothermal field. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was excellent.
