Fint ställe på gångavstånd från centrum.
Pros:

Vacker byggnad, fina rum, bra kök.

Cons:

Allt var bra! Jag skulle ha läst lite noggrannare att frukosten var på ett annat ställe och att vi bodde på andra våningen, för min mamma var nyopererad och hade lite svårt att gå i trapporna. Men det ligger på mig, inte på boendet.

Förvirrande ang frukost och nycklar

Det var rent och det mest grundläggande fanns på rummet.

Cons:

FRUKOST: På Booking.com står det "God frukost ingår". Men det borde stå "God frukost ingår OBS: i en annan byggnad 7 minuter promenad bort". För mig är detta två helt olika saker, och jag tycker det är missvisande att det inte framgår extremt tydligt där frukost först nämns. Det stod, när man lusläste, under rubriken "Viktig juridisk information". Vi valde detta boende för att det var nära en kurslokal vi skulle till, men nu fick vi gå i fel riktning 7 min och sedan 7 min tillbaks, så vi kunde lika gärna ha tagit ett hotell 15 min längre bort från lokalen.

NYCKLAR: Hotellet är obemannat. Jag fick ett mejl med info om hur man kommer in, men min kollega hade valt bort att få mejl från boendet på sitt booking-konto, och visste inte hur hon skulle komma in. Här kommer konstruktiv feedback på själva informationen. Informationen löd (påhittade koder):

"Här är de koder som du behöver för att checka in på Hotell och Vandrarhem Kungsängstorg idag:
Ytterdörr: 1234
Rumsnummer: 108
Nyckelbox bredvid rum: 2105"

Både jag och min kollega tolkade ovanstående som att vi skulle leta efter en nyckelbox bredvid rum nr 2345 där vi skulle hitta våra nycklar. Det hade varit bättre om det stod: "Kod till nyckelboxen som finns bredvid din dörr: 2345".

Dessutom var nyckelboxen inte självklar hur man öppnade när man väl ställt in rätt kod. En liten bildmanual på väggen ovanför dörren, eller som del av utskicket, hade varit bättre.

LYHÖRT: Det var tunna väggar och jag kunde höra vartenda steg som togs i rummet bredvid.

SÄNGEN: Den var ok, men ganska basic madrass.

Honestly shocked at the good reviews, you can find better for that price!
Bathrooms were dirty, the paint was chipping of the walls on all of the furniture and walls, the walls are thin so you can hear people snoring in the adjacent rooms, no proper mattress, no one at Service desks, I could go on
Must be very profitable for the owners with little to no investment…

Cons:

Breakfast in an other building some hundreds of m away, as the one arranged by this hotel, is not a good idea. There is a kitchen with all facilities so buy your own food for breakfast, cheaper and better!
