Bis auf den fehlenden Zimmerservice war alles bestens!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von sehr guter Qualität. Es gab ausreichend Auswahl an laktosefreien Produkten.

Cons:

Nach der ersten Nacht wurden weder die beiden Zimmer gemacht, noch wurde das Badezimmer geputzt. Eine Kollegin des Zimmermädchens (?)
hat sich für sie entschuldigt.

L’emplacement était très bien

Cons:

J’ai voulu payer en cash avec un billet de 500 €, la réceptionniste l’a refusé, en me disant qu’il n’acceptait pas les billets au-dessus de 200 €, or, il n’était écrit nulle part qu’il n’acceptait pas. Elle ne m’a pas proposé d’autres options, pour payer par cash, n’a pas fait l’effort d’appeler son patron, ils sont censés indiquer dans un endroit à la réception ou sur leur site ou sur les annonces qu’ils n’acceptent pas ce type de billet. Je n’ai pas apprécié la façon dont ça a été géré. De plus, je trouve le rapport qualité prix mauvais. Les prix sont beaucoup trop haut comparé au service proposés et au confort de la chambre. La chambre et la salle de bain particulièrement mérite rénovation.
