Overall it was passable and decent, just need to improve especially on its amenities like AC.
Pros:

I liked best the overall unit as it was spacious and the comfort room was big. The unit was decent and staffs were so polite. They provided free water and coffee as well. The place was very good however you need to walk at least 15 minutes to nearest train station

Cons:

We complained about the air-condition in our room though they mentioned it was centralized, but during our stay there were times that I was waking up due to hotness and sweat.

部屋が広く快適でした。
ベッドの近くにコンセントがあり便利でした。
公園の隣りに立地していて、緑の木々と地元の人々の営みが感じられ心が癒されました。

Cons:

テレビのリモコンの電池が古くなっていて、電池から固形物がはみ出していました。

もう少し静けさが欲しかった。
Pros:

出入りも自由で飲食店も近くて誰にも邪魔されず過ごせたこと。

Cons:

エアコンが全室共通のせいか寒くても止められなかった。換気扇が動き続けていたため就寝中も音が気になった。

Solid, clean option for staying in Taipei
Pros:

The room was small but very clean and perfect for a solo traveller. The staff is friendly, they will assist you at the door even outside opening hours, and you can check-in or out via the self-service machine. They were also willing to hold my luggage when I arrived early, and took it up to my room once the room was ready. The location is solid, around a 15 minute walk from Jiantan MRT station.

Cons:

No issues! A strong utilitarian option in Taipei.
