Don’t bother staying here
Pros:

Barely a hostile with top room rates very expensive minimum breakfast dirty coppers in the hallway, no accessibility for the disabled

Clean, friendly staff, great location. It was a bit pricey compared to similar range accommodations

Cons:

There is a small coffee shop where you can have breakfast. The breakfast itself is great and the staff friendly. However they only accept cash, they often don’t have change and you can’t charge the room and just pay the hotel at the end of your stay.

Good value
Pros:

Really good value for money. The rooms are a bit small, but for the price we paid, I gathered it was matching what I paid. You would be fairly well located here, with a brief walk to many restaurants and pubs. I felt that some of the staff were a bit average. Maybe it was a language barrier, but i felt that they would struggle to use their own initiative and think outside the square when we queried things.

Affordable great location but without character
Pros:

The staff are wonderful. They were always pleasant and helpful. The hotel provides 24 hour coffee or hot chocolate and biscuits. A nice touch. The foyer looks very stylish but my room was a bit drab. Without a balcony it felt cramped. Generally it feels like the hotel could do with a spruce up ( several things either don’t work or were limited). The old city of Chiang Mai is such a character filled area it’s probably possible, for a little extra Baht, to find something with more character such as a courtyard or with a nice view. Again though, the staff made every effort to make the stay enjoyable and the hotel is in a very good location for all the sites and eating and drinks.

Pros:

The location was perfect, the breakfast was nice, and the cleanliness was top-notch! Will definitely suggest this hotel for others. Completely worth the price for the stay and breakfast. Location was in the middle to connect most of the place in old city street.

그 외는 다 좋았다 도보거리에 유명한 바트커피 쿤캐 쥬스바 블루 누드 소품샵까지 두루두루 좋았다
숙박하는 동안 바트커피 다 이용했다

Small but Comfy
Pros:

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. A small hotel but clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The brekfast is nice, good and tasty food. Within walking distance to night markets and to cafes. Traffic not congested in front of the hotel.
