Pros:

Licht und Schatten. Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant aber leider waren unsere Zimmer in einem Anbau am Parkplatz. Für 300€ war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben.

Fantastische plek met super restaurant en geweldig personeel.
Pros:

Super super vriendelijk personeel, schoon, fantastisch restaurant (aanrader!). Tuinman was bikkel door alle koffers te dragen voor iedereen. Topper!
Prima locatie om Trapani, Erice en de tempel te bezoeken.
Wine tasting was leuk, olijfolie zalig. Ik heb spijt dat ik niets gekocht heb, maar misschien kom ik het nog ergens op het eiland tegen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Ik vond het bed wat minder, maar mijn man niet. Dus dat is persoonlijk.

Relaxing countryside experience
Pros:

Views, natural landscape and good use of adapted plants in the gardens. Large room and balcony.
Polite staff and very welcoming.
Dinning was very pleasant with very good food and service.

Cons:

I would expect a bit more from the breakfast (comparing to the fine dining experience).

Pros:

Great location and a lovely wine theme, overall clean and comfortable. Very friendly restaurant staff!

Cons:

The reception staff were not particularly helpful or present - very few explanations given about the facilities or wine tasting options. Overall, the wow factor is missing.

Tolle Lage für Ausflüge mit elegantem Flair
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region mit dem Auto. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, mit gehobenen Niveau in Küche, Service und Weinbegleitung- wir waren hingerissen. Leider waren wir schon in der Nachsaison zu Gast und konnten den Pool und die Sky Lounge nicht mehr nutzen - wäre aber sicher sehr schön.

Klasse Unterkunft, die einfach zum verweilen einlädt.
Pros:

Tolle ruhige Lage inmitten der Wein-/ Olivenhaine mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Gutes, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Am ersten Abend ein tolles Menü (als Wein-Tasting gebucht). Am zweiten Abend exzellentes Essen a la carte. Lage ideal für Ausflüge z. B. nach Erice, Trapani und Marsala.

Cons:

Für die Größe und Geräumigkeit der Zimmer könnten die Fenster etwas größer sein.

We left the property feeling a little disregarded.
Cons:

Two days prior to our arrival we received a note from the hotel tellng us they would not have a room for us due to a "maintanance problem in the room". They stated that they had booked a room for us at a "comparable" lodging - at no extra cost - and offered a free wine tasting. When we arrived to ask the front desk where the new location was, and requested more information about why we were turned away, we couldn't get any answers. Being Americans, we have a habit of wanting to know the "whys" of a situation. The other lodging wasn't comparable, asking price per night (on Booking.com) was $73 for the alternative vs. $178 for Firriato - no offense to the other location. We were never offered a price refund for the difference. I have a long career in hospitality and would never treat a guest like this. Shame as it appears great care was put into building a perfect location - we will never know. Daniel and Linda Shanks
