Siamo stati bene , abbiamo mangiato e bevuto bene.
Pros:

Sopratutto la gentilezza e la disponibilita' del personale.
Cibo buono e altrettanto i vini.

Cons:

Contraria al fumo anche negli ambienti comuni (piscina e altro).
Ho apprezzato l'evento di degustazione ,organizzato molto bene ;peccato appunto che vi erano persone che fumavano in un contesto in cui sarebbe stato piu' piacevole sentire il profumo dei vini e non della sigaretta.
Abbiamo avuto 2 costumi bianchi che sono diventati gialli ,esattamente come il bordo piscina e il dispiacere di dirlo alla receptionist che ,a parte le scuse, non ha fatto altro; ma abbiamo gradito che si potesse rimanere dopo il check out ,utilizzando anche la piscina e dopo il bagno, anche la doccia. grazie

Soggiorno romantico e accoglienza fantastica

L'accoglienza straordinaria e il trattamento riservatoci. Ho scelto Baglio Soria in quanto mi incuriosiva visitarlo dopo il soggiorno a Cavanera. Ho approfittato del giorno del compleanno della mia compagna per poter regalare un soggiorno al Baglio. Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento eccezionale e inaspettato, dall'accoglienza, al tramonto in terrazza in totale autonomia, degustazione e cena top e la stanza migliore rispetto a quella bloccata. Abbiamo acquistato l'olio di loro produzione in quanto è qualcosa di eccezionale e saporito, mai assaporato un olio così prima e abbiamo ricevuto in omaggio anche un apri bottiglia firriato. Vogliamo ringraziare tutti dalla manager, ai ragazzi della reception a quelli dello staff. Grazie di cuore per tutto

Bel établissement auquel coeur d'un domaine
Pros:

Très bel établissement équipé, entretenu et conçu avec soin. La situation au cœur du domaine est un concept bien mis en valeur. Le personnel est professionnel, disponible et accueillant. La table du restaurant excellente et bien sûr, le vin bien mis en valeur. La chambre d'une propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner très riche en choix et qualité des produits.

Cons:

Quelques menues réparations à faire dans la chambre (douche qui fuit) par ailleurs bien sombre alors que cotée "superieure".

I was looking forward towards the experience of staying in a renovated baglio, as I have visited a few over the years and have experienced some amazing hospitality.
This hotel was unfortunately highly disappointing. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room, the description of which read: “These rooms are located both in the tower with views over the vineyards and Egadi Islands and also located inside the ancient courtyard with a window.
These rooms are equipped with a four-poster bed, a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries and slippers.”

We got a room in a newly built annex near the parking lot, where the overpowering air freshener covered up mild smell of humidity (see photos attached). Our window faced a containment wall at the back with some decorative rosemary, and we could see (and be seen) by anyone on the pathway leading up to the main building. We were told these were the “new rooms” and were classed as Deluxe. The outdoor patio of the room was just a bunch of black furniture, and a grid divider that did not divide at all from the patio of the room next to ours. Walking in the building, you practically looked into the window (and door, if ajar) of the room next door, allowing them no privacy. Next door we had a family with at least one kid, lovely and polite but we could hear everything in the bathroom, including conversations at a very normal volume (like literally you could hear every word, and toilet flush, and everything in between, just behind our headboard).
Also the room description says “four poster bed”, not that it matters but it was not four poster at all.

Breakfast was not great, with some cakes and other items but also lots of packaged food (and those dreadful table bins for trash that one would not expect in a 4 star hotel): further note, the mozzarelline did not taste fresh at all.
