Bello hotel y personal divinamente amable.
Pros:

Ya me había hospedado en el 2018 en este hotel. Está un poco alejado del pueblo, lo cual es ideal para tener mejores condiciones para ver las auroras boreales. Las vistas desde el hotel son espectaculares. El personal es amable, las habitaciones confortables. Teníamos que salir antes de que sirvieran el desayuno y el personal amablemente gestionó que nos alistaran un box luch para llevar, sin duda, un excelente detalle. En el momento que fuimos, un chico que habla español se estaba entrenando para trabajar ahi, un plus que tengan personal que habla varios idiomas. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Pros:

Dinner was excellent. We made a reservation since it is the only place to eat within an hour in winter. We probably could have been accommodated without the reservation. The wait staff was very nice despite having other, difficult tables.
The breakfast was also very good.

Der Preis entspricht nicht dem was ich erlebt habe

Die Lage war schön

Cons:

Die Infrastruktur war schlecht. Räume waren hellhörig und die wände waren dünn. Man hörte alles was ausserhalb des Hotelzimmers passierte. Der duschkopf war unhygienisch und lies fast kein Wasser durch.

A good, clean place to stay along the road toward Skaftafell National Park
Pros:

We stayed here so we could be closer to the glacier lagoon and skaftafell national park. It was clean and comfortable and worked fine for spending the night. It was great to have a restaurant on the property to eat dinner since there aren’t many places to eat along the road.

Cons:

It was more expensive than other, nicer hotels we stayed in during our iceland trip, but I think we were paying for location more than anything as there aren’t a whole lot of inexpensive hotels out where we wanted to stay. The walls of the room were quite thin so other guests who got up early in the morning to leave made quite the ruckus that was hard to sleep through. All in all though it was fine for what we needed

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Abendessen und sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im Containeranbau des Hotels und der Komfort entsprach auch nur dem eines Containers zum Preis eines Luxushotels.
Ist ja alles hinnehmbar in der Lage, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre.

Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Au vu des nombreux commentaires positifs je suis très étonnée. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisés, nous avons entendu les portes claquer toute la nuit ainsi que tout ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres. De plus, nous avons pas eu d’eau chaude vers 18h30, il a fallu attendre « 45min/1h le temps que tout le monde prenne sa douche », il n’y avais pas de bouilloire dans la chambre il faut utiliser la cafetière sans capsules, il fait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre que nous pouvons pas régler nous avons dû dormir une fenêtre ouverte. Je suis extrêmement déçue par la prestation de cet hôtel. Sur nos 7 nuits en Islande c’est l’hôtel le 2e plus cher que nous avons pris et au final c’est le pire des 7 nuits.
