Pros:

老闆人蠻客氣的 ，床很好睡， 下來就是商店街了 ，走路到碼頭也很近，唯一美中不足是廁所一直聞到很濃的菸味，廁所門要一直關著。

飯店清潔度還有很大的進步空間，浴室冷熱水非常難調整，住了兩天第二天的備品未補充完整，早餐也完全無變化，老闆服務態度也有待加強，停車場不容易找且還需要走一段，唯一優點應該就是出來就可以逛伊達邵商店街了

古いので仕方ないが、部屋全体が暗い。ただ、清掃はきちんとしている。早朝チェックアウトのため、朝食が取れなかった。スタッフの女性に頼んだら、出発時にサンドイッチと温かい飲み物を用意してくれた。しかも、リクエスト通りのハム、玉子、チーズのホットサンド！
本当に嬉しかった。バスの時間が迫っていたので、ちゃんとお礼を言えなかったのが心残り。

位於市集中間，冷氣與冷氣設備老舊
Pros:

旅店位於市集主街道中間 所以車子無法開入下行李 相當不方便。房間清潔度尚可，但是廁所內有水溝臭味，淋浴設備無法調至溫水 當晚只好讓孩子們簡單擦澡 更糟的是冷氣老舊所以整晚躁音讓人難入眠。這個價位換來一夜疲憊覺得不值得。老闆態度還可。不會再考慮入住。

地理位置良好，位於伊達邵熱鬧的街道上，有停車場(要走一小段路)，房間寬敞、乾淨，備品充足，早餐豐富有變化，浴室熱水較難控制(常常很熱或很冷)且乾溼分離拉門不易拉上，是美中不足之處。
