Pros:

Demasiado amables y atentos. Se preocuparon porque veniamos de una mala experiencia en otro hotel e hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarnos y mejorar nuestra experiencia. Recomendadisimo.

Very nice and clean Friendly people. Good food. A little noisy outside on the streets but overall was a good experience and price was affordable

Pros:

The agent could not find my prepaid reservation. The bed was so uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on the floor. The property is nice other than that but I would never stay again.
