Las tostadas del desayuno me parecen bastante pequeñas para el precio que tienen.

Eine teure Enttäuschung
Pros:

Die Lage ist nahe dem Stadtzentrum, man kann bequem per Spaziergang "alles" erreichen. Die Zimmer sind früh verfügbar - ab 13 Uhr. Das war für mich der Hauptvorteil dieser Unterkunft.

Mein Zimmer war ganz oben unter dem Dach. Es gibt einen Aufzug und ein Treppenaufgang.

Das Badezimmer ist modern und OK.

Zimmer und Bad sind sauber.

Es gibt eine Minibar. Die Preise dafür sind OK.

Cons:

Der Preis: Ich habe knapp 300 EUR für eine Nacht in einem relativ kleinen Zimmer mit vielen Dachschrägen gezahlt. Gefühlt SEHR teuer. Da sollte drum herum dann alles passen.

Beim Einchecken wurde mir zunächst erklärt, dass das Frühstück extra kostet. Keine Ahnung, wie ich gebucht hatte, hab da garnicht drauf geachtet. Ich habe auf das Frühstück verzichtet.

Dann wurde mir erklärt, dass es Stromprobleme gibt für die kommenden 2 Stunden. Fand ich erstmal nicht so dramatisch
zumal ich scheinbar keine Störung feststellen konnte.

Leider gibt es keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder -> das muß also mit in's Zimmer. Bei dem eh' schon kleinen Zimmer eine gewisse Herausforderung. Der Aufzug ist dafür auch SEHR knapp - ich habe das Rad nur hochkant diagonal reinbekommen und mit Rucksack auf dem Rücken wird's persönlich eine Quetscherei.

Habe dann erstmal geduscht und mich ausgeruht. Dann kurzer Stadtspaziergang. Nach meiner Rückkehr um 16:30 Uhr mußte ich feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und es im Zimmer SEHR heiß ist - klar, ist ja direkt unter dem Dach. Habe mich beschwert an der Rezeption und da hieß es dann "ist in Arbeit, in 20 Minuten ist es erledigt". Ungünstig: Bei der Hitze fand ich das Zimmer unbenutzbar.

Draußen vor dem Hotel war's deutlich kühler. Also Gedanke: "Fenster öffnen". Ist bei dem schrägen Dachfenster eine gewisse Herausforderung, man muß auf den Bett rumklettern - egal. Leider ist direkt vor dem Fenster ein Kamin. Keine Ahnung, wofür der genutzt wird. Wenn er genutzt wird und das Fenster offen steht, dann zieht sicher ein großer Teil der Abluft in's Zimmer. Hab ein Foto drangehängt. Es bleibt ein ungutes Gefühl.

Um 17:15 Uhr ging die Klimaanlage immer noch nicht. Beschwerden bei der Rezeption brachten nix. Anfrage nach Kompensationsmöglichkeiten (bspw. Preisnachlass) führten zu nix - "da kann man nix machen".

L’emplacement qui est proche du centre

La climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, le bruit de la rue, la chambre est mal insonorisée, la douche qui était vétuste pour un prix exorbitant.

El hotel de referencia de Torrelavega
Pros:

La habitación individual es amplia, con cama grande y tiene aire acondicionado y minibar. Además estuve en una que tiene el cuarto de baño con ventana al exterior, con luz y ventilación natural. El personal es super amble y cercano. Y lo desyunos a elegir, con una bolleria casera espectacular.

Cons:

El calor en las habitaciones a pesar de tener aire acondicionado. El problema es que desde recepción controlan el termostato y lo encienden sobre las 17 horas, pero al tener las ventanas que todo el día da el sol , es insoportable dormir con esa calor. Yo reservé la habitación con aire y pienso que el cliente debe de controlar su propio bienestar y no el hotel.

Muy difícil aparcar. Al menos la habitación que me dieron era incómoda para trabajar, mesa pequeña, desestabilizada. Muy poca luz.
Bañera en lugar de ‘lato de ducha. La alcachofa de la ducha pide a gritos sustituirla.
