Overall a pleasant stay, but the 5-star rating feels closer to a good 4-star. Positives: great breakfast, stunning location by the Mediterranean with island view, large pool area with slides and activities for kids. Staff from reception to housekeeping were very kind and attentive, though they often seemed tired – maybe due to long shifts. Areas to improve: sports facilities outdated, gym weights worn and unhygienic. Room clean but old, too small for 4 (sold as double), sofa bed uncomfortable, glass toilet door with no privacy. Entrance pond neglected, Meltemi menus sticky, staff uniforms outdated. Paying extra for first-row sunbeds feels unnecessary. Also, surroundings had trash and some walkways were unlit at night. With more care to details, this resort could truly match its 5-star rating.

Pros:

Sadece 2 gece olan konaklamamızı 3 geceye çıkardık. Girişte bize yardımcı olan ön bürodaki Sophia rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odalarda boş yer olmadığı için odamızı ücretsiz upgrade etti ve bu odayı çok beğendiğimiz için başka oteldeki rezervasyonumuzu iptal ederek bu odada bir gece daha kaldık. Otelin olduğu sahil aslında Thassos daki diğer sahillere göre daha açık denize bakıyor, yani korunaklı bir sahil gibi değil. Ama deniz ve sahil çok güzel. Kum ve iri taşlı bir sahilden çok çabuk derinleşmeyen bir denize giriyorsunuz. Yine de deniz berrak bazen öğleden sonraları dalgalı ve açıktan kıyıya ağaç kabukları yosun gelebiliyor. Temizliği çok iyi hergün isterseniz housekeeping hizmeti var fakat eleman sayısı az herhalde geç geliyorlar.

Pros:

All the staff we encountered were extremely hospitable and went out of their way to assist you. Pool and Beach area were impeccable with lots of relaxing spots. This trip exceeded all our expectations and we will return. Highly recommended.

Look no further overall excellent place to stay! I
Pros:

The staff was super nice and the location was excellent! It was right on the beach and on the resort they had two restaurants and two bars you can go to. Even the prices for such a place were reasonable. If I ever go to Thassos again I’d definitely wouldn’t look any further and book my stay here again!
