Would stay there again. Restaurant very nice; it’s clean and staff was friendly & helpful.
Pros:

Close to Centro- restaurants & museums

Cons:

For the price, it couldn’t be beat. Hot water in shower was not going to happen.

Cute and cosy hotel with parking, excellent location
Pros:

Good breakfast, excellent location, very cute garden. It is perfect to leave your car, forget about it, and take a short and scenic walk to downtown. The room was comfortable enough. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Cons:

The hot water wasn't vey hot at all, it ranged from cold to lukewarm at best. I understand they use solar heaters but I guess they need to install more, or somehow make the system more efficient.

Hotel viejo y olvidado

Lo unico rescatable fue el desayuno estuvo muy rico !

El lugar esta super descuidado, las camas terribles parece hotel paso en carretera, muy viejo el desayuno estuvo rico a excepción del mesero que al ver que era paquete de booking con desayuno nos comento que aunque venga incluido calcularamos la propina por el total como si hubiéramos pedido a la carta, no teníamos problema con dejar buena propina pero creo innecesario el comentario! La recepcionista fue muy amable, la ubicación es buena, pero definitivamente les recomiendo busquen otra opción mejor!

Excelente atmósfera
Pros:

La arquitectura del hotel es maravillosa, la escencia de Guanajuato se siente en el hotel. La ubicación excelente, se puede llegar caminando al centro sin problema y no hay pendientes pesadas en el camino ni, nosotros traíamos carriola y se pudo transitar sin problema hasta el centro. El estacionamiento es una gran ventaja, es espacioso y de fácil acceso. Las camas son muy cómodas, y la habitación muy limpia. No hay ruido por las noches por lo que se puede dormir tranquilamente.

Cons:

No salía agua caliente de la regadera, sólo fría y un poco tibia.
