So they said upon my arrival:” we haven’t worked with hotels.com for a while am therefore, we won’t honor your reservation “. …. So go and find another place.

Not good for the price
Pros:

The pictures are nothing like the rooms. It is in a bad area. For the price, this is less than mediocre.

Pros:

No one with the building's management was actually present when I arrived on the afternoon of Tuesday 30 November 2021 at 2 p.m. to check in, and on the four occasions that I dialed the phone number listed for the property the call went into the person's voicemail in each instance. When one of the guests came down the stairs on her way out some 25 minutes after my arrival. I explained my predicament and the guest managed to get through on that number, which belongs to the owner of the property, a woman named Alejandra. The owner said no rooms were available for that night, but she could accommodate me as from the following day, 1 December. I made alternative arrangements for my accommodation that afternoon and will NEVER make a booking at the Alexandria Real building in Cali in future.

Great Hotel
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. The rooms are cozy and private. Big screen TVs, kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave, hot water, and AC. I like this hotel because it’s always clean and they accommodate everything I ask for.
