Pros:

все отлично, завтраки удивили, не ожидал такого обилия от "тройки". Район хороший, тихий и спокойный. До пляжа 4 минуты.

Pros:

All good but no extraction Fan in the bathroom
Breakfast is in an issue if you are not there at 0800 as the food is not topped up.
