Pros:

Το κατάλυμα ήτανε πολύ καθαρό. Καθαριζόταν και οι πετσέτες αλλάζονταν καθημερινά με πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Οποιαδήποτε στιγμή είχε ζεστό νερό. Το check-in, check-out ηταν πολύ εύκολη διαδικασία. Αν χρειαζόμασταν οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια επικοινωνούσαμε με το καταλυμα μεσω του booking και ειχαμε άμεση ανταπόκριση. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms, daily cleaning, and a very straightforward self-check-in. The free luggage storage is a huge plus. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, where you can easily wash and iron your clothes. Everything was perfect!

Pros:

Check-in was smooth. No issues considering it is an automated hotel. The communication with the owner also was good and you can check-in early or check out late for a decent price.

The room was spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils. There's Penny right opposite the hotel so your groceries are covered. In short, the hotel has everything that you could need for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

While collecting my luggage from their lockers, the Portier did not open the door for over 15 minutes. Almost missed my flight due to this. The helpdesk was not reachable as well during this time. This may have been due to the Easter holiday but it should have been communicated to me in advance so that I could have made different arrangements.

Although, the place is close to subway and tram stations, it is somewhat far from all major attractions. So expect 30 mins of travel at least if you want to visit any place.

Perfect
Pros:

Все було чудово. Розташування ідеально для подорожей по місту. Поруч станції двох ліній метро 300 та 400 м. Зупинка автобуса який їде до центру міста також поруч. Навпроти супермаркет Penny. Прибирання у номері кожен день. Все необхідне у номері є.
Чай та капсули для кави кожного дня додавали нові.

Нічого не помітили такого щоб нам не сподобалось

Pros:

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gut gelegen, da fünf Minuten von einer U-Bahn-Station, die im 4-Minuten-Takt in weniger als einer Viertelstunde in die Innenstadt fuhr. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen, wenn wir nach Wien kommen!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.
