Bad experience, rude staff
Pros:

The room is clean, and location is great

Cons:

The communication to the apartment staff is really, really bad. There are only 3 ways to contact the apartment should you have any issues with your stay: 1. International phone call which is expensive if your hold time is 30 minutes.
2. Email which is not responded to quickly
3. Go to the main entrance of the apartment to use the intercom to talk to a staff member, and it automatically cuts off every 2-3 minutes, so you will have to call again. The hairdryer in my room didn't work, so I had to go to the main hallway to talk to the staff. I followed the instructions, checking the locker room, bike room, and laundry room for a spare one, but none were there. After several calls and 30 min standing in the hallway, I was told a new hairdryer would be sent to my room the next day.

The main point isn't about the hairdryer. In the middle of the night, standing in the hallway for more than 30 minutes, I had to call the intercom several times because of auto-disconnect. A better communication system should be implemented.

Here is the message I got from the OLIVER after I posted my comments: "Our concept seems not to match your expectations and we strongly suggest to match your expecation with what you are booking. If a broken hairdryer results in the worst experience you had, you might need to think of a different hotel you are booking. Or maybe bring a hairdryer yourself when a broken item (which can happen naything, in any place) can not be repalced on the spot. Good luck with your travelling!"

Leider in einem Drogen-Hotspot gelegen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft selbst mit der Terrasse etc. wäre wirklich total nett… aber…

Cons:

In der Umgebung befindet sich eine Suchtberatung, es hängen hier überall Junkies rum! Ohne Scherz um 8 Uhr Morgen hing einer mit Spritze im Arm vor unserem Eingang, überall floss Blut davon. Wir hatten 2 kleine Kinder mit das war wirklich erschreckend!

Pros:

Es war alles da was man braucht. Bett war bequem. Lage ist gut, man kann viel in Gehnähe erreichen, die U-Bahn ist auch nur ein paar Minuten weg. Wobei die Gegend dort nachts nicht sehr einladend ist.

Cons:

Leider war in unserem Zimmer ein sehr unangenehmer, stechender Geruch. Nach der ersten Nacht war es ein bisschen besser, wobei wir ständig das Fenster gekippt hatten. Ich hatte nach einem Zimmerwechsel gefragt, aber das war uns dann zu kompliziert, weil niemand vor Ort ist.

Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage. Es war ruhig, das Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war sauber und ebenfalls geräumig. Würde ich nochmal buchen, wenn ich in Wien bin.

Séjour parfait dans un appartement confortable, calme et idéalement situé.
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le confort de l’appartement, sa propreté irréprochable et la qualité des équipements. L’ambiance calme permet de bien se reposer, et l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter facilement des alentours. Chaque détail était soigné, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable.

Pros:

Pokoj byl pěkný a čistý. Velmi výhodná lokalita mezi centrem města a Schönbrunnem. Obchod s potravinami byl hned naproti ubytování. Využili jsme úschovu zavazadel po příjezdu i před odjezdem.

Cons:

Měli jsme problém s check-inem. Aplikace nerozpoznávala mé příjmení. Museli jsme volat na help-desk. Nakonec se ukázalo, že byla potřeba zadat křestní jméno namísto příjmení.
