Very nice stay and I enjoyed my room no sharing. Lovely staff, nice people
Pros:

Very happy with this choice, affordable and didn't need to share my room, plus breakfast is included and is a good breakfast with eggs, cheese, olives..etc. The room was nice and warm, no cold, but you will feel a smoking smell in the corridor. In Turkey, many smoke and still not banned inside hostels, so it is what it is. The toilet does not have a tab but a shower near the toilet seat, which was fine for me, and it had towels and soap, so fantastic for the price.

My room was good, and I enjoyed it. The only downside is that the wifi is very poor to none at the room, so I needed to be in the hall to connect.
Tip: Make sure you download an eSIM BEFORE arriving in Turkey and yo activate it upon arrival, since eSIMs are banned from 2025 and you need to buy one locally at a higher price for tourists with your passport.

Location is great, walking distance to Ulus metro (you have to pay for a metro card and a metro balance with cash), which is nice, fast and clean. Safe area with a museum and university nearby. Shops and kebab places are just near the hostel and within walking distance to a street market where I bought Turkish delights, tea, etc. There is also a supermaket near by and some bars (didn't go).

Friendly staff, but they don't speak much english so use your mobile translator or it's best to check things yourself. I felt welcomed, thanks! :) I will stay again if in Ankara.

Sistem de oluşan bir hatta dan dolayı 5 gece çok ucuza kaldım.
Personel ilgili güler yüzlü, resepsiyon da bulunan Okan bey de , hemen yardımcı oldu sakin oda için .
Maalesef zamanında çok güzel bir otel olan Spor otel, şu anda maalesef tek bir yıldız bile alamaz, camda tül ve perde yırtık camlar kirl.i odada zamanla kırılan şeyleri ustalar yerine personel kendi çabalarıyla yapamıyor bence her yerde gelişi güzel çivileme var.
Sanki ki kaderine terk edilmiş otel.
Ailece kalınmaz sadece yatmadan yatmaya tek erkek için ok

Pros:

Overall, considering I was there for one night and I was alone, it was good.
But with family or more days, I might have decided to stay somewhere else!
The neighborhood seemed a bit run down to me.
The service and hotel staff were very friendly, which made me feel at ease.

Cons:

I think it would be better to repaint, change the curtains, change the bedspreads and pillows. This would significantly improve the hotel's conditions.

More than needed 1 night saty
Pros:

This hostel is cheap, so your expectations need to be low. It doesn't have any fancy features but gets the job done if you're staying just for 1 or 2-3 nights

Cons:

The bathroom could be a lookt better and the shower
