It was not that bad but for what we paid i was expecting a little more

Cons:

The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired And an awful lot of road noise could be heard at night making it hard to sleep. And the mattress was a bit on the hard side

Our stay was good, besides the loud heater.

Overall very nice.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the location was very clean.

Cons:

I would have given them a higher score but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The breads were stale and hard. The coffee weak and lukewarm. The OJ must have needed stirring because it came out like orange water. If aren’t eating breakfast this was a great place to stay.

Nice Impromptu Stay
Pros:

Nice hotel. I stayed here with my 4 grandsons, and the suite was nice, spacious and clean. The check in process was easy. If I had any complaints, it would be the surprise of the $250.00 incidental charge that no one advised me of when making the reservation. I feel that should be disclosed on the website as well as any other sites when booking. However, the young lady Mounika working the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. This is off a very busy main street. I think it needs more lighting and signs showing how to exit at night. You do have your choice of many restaurants to choose from. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Work trip. Hotel was very quiet despite being quite full. Traffic getting in and out not the best as the area gets congested fast early in am but it is close to the freeway and there are several dining options very close. The workstation/desk setup was excellent and suited my needs very well. Staff was very helpful.

Pros:

The room was great, staff were absolutely wonderful. One perk about this place is when you check out if you leave them a review on google you do get a complementary drink and snack. Very pet friendly! They have a great area to walk your four legged friend!

Pros:

The experience was wonderful! The room was very clean, and the staff were wonderful and supportive. The only feed back I have is the TV did not work. Other than that this is one of the best places I stayed at.

Good service
Pros:

We are staying here at the hotel for almost a week with my family. Staff here are very professional and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are spacious with pullout couches and small kitchen area. Has indoor pool and laundry facilities for the guest. Breakfast is decent. Will definitely come back to stay here whenever we’re here in the town.

Best stay ever
Pros:

I really enjoyed my staff. Front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. Priya went all the way above and beyond to assist us through out our stay. They’ve provided us with best deals for the whole month. Kids enjoyed the pool. They’ve on site laundry facilities for the guests. 24 hours fresh coffee is available in the lobby. Will definitely recommend this place.

Easy in and out of Columbus

Great stay during move
Pros:

Must stay here it was about two weeks as I’ve been in the middle of moving. All of the staff were kind, respectful, and hospitable. I would definitely go back to this hotel next time me friends, or family need a place to stay!
