Le logement était dégradé, avec des taches sur les murs.
Pas de machine à café.
Pas de changement de serviette de toilette en 4 jours( il fallait payer).
Propriétaire trop intrusif, il vous fait un laïus d’1 h quand vous arrivez, on ne comprend rien, et continue même quand vous lui dites que vous êtes fatigué, même si ça part d’une bonne intention.
La posizione è fantastica. Con una vista incredibile e un tramonto senza pari sull’isola. Straordinari anche i proprietari, Manlio e Fiorella, che ringraziamo di cuore per l’ospitalità, la simpatia e le innumerevoli dritte sugli angoli più belli di Skopelos.

La struttura Secret Sporades ha una vista mozzafiato, davvero unica. Se si è alla ricerca di una soluzione in cui regna pace e tranquillità questo è il posto giusto.
La distanza per raggiungere la spiaggetta privata e la mancanza di parcheggio.
Si vous cherchez un endroit particulier pour vous reposer et vous détendre, c’est sans aucun doute le lieu idéal. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, calme et apaisant, où nous avons passé une semaine de détente en famille.
Tout d’abord, un grand merci à nos hôtes, Manlio et Fiorella, pour leur accueil chaleureux et les échanges toujours agréables tout au long du séjour. Leur présence discrète mais attentionnée a largement contribué à la qualité de notre expérience.
Le point fort absolu : la vue imprenable sur la mer et les couchers de soleil tout simplement époustouflants. Un spectacle renouvelé chaque soir.
La chambre était grande et plutôt confortable. La kitchenette extérieure, bien équipée pour l’essentiel, permettait de préparer facilement des repas sur place. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine, parfaitement entretenue et très agréable à toute heure de la journée.
Côté remarques, rien de réellement négatif, mais quelques recommandations pratiques : pensez à faire quelques courses avant d’arriver, car l’endroit est un peu à l’écart (Manlio avait anticipé cela en nous prévenant et c’était parfait). Si vous venez en voiture, privilégiez un véhicule de taille raisonnable : l’accès est tout à fait faisable, mais le chemin est étroit.
Family of 5, 3 teenagers/young adults accommodation was perfect for us. Beautiful spot overlooking the Sporades very peaceful and quiet, gorgeous sunsets. Pool is lovely, good spot to explore this west side of the island . Manilo and Fiorella very accommodating hosts. Looking forward to our next visit.
The road is very narrow down to the property so you must drive very carefully.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday in fabulously beautiful surroundings at Secret Sporades.
We stayed at the end of the season and were the only tenants.
We do wonder what it is like when all homes are occupied.
Esmeralda is present every day and very pleasant to deal with. Even with the difficulties we encountered, she really did everything she could to help and inform us.
We deliberately booked a small apartment for a great price, different from what we are used to and prefer more luxury.
We booked Skopelos to stay outside on the terrace and certainly not inside. The apartment was small, furniture not luxurious, shower very small, but everything certainly met expectations.
There were excellent parking spaces available, although the path to the houses is a bit narrow for others, but we had no problems with accessibility.
The swimming pool was lovely and we understood that the steep path without steps would be constructed in the near future.
It is not an anomaly compared to other options.
With a weak back, better, more comfortable chairs would be very welcome.
In this area you will find very few apartments that offer (for me) comfortable chairs.
Everything was amazing. The villa itself is very clean and has everything you need for cooking. Doors and windows are protected against insects, what was a mandatory for us. AC on each floor made our stay very comfortable. The location is very convenient, there are very few tourists. Small villages around are very easily accessible. Even though we were traveling without a car or bike, it was possible to get around on foot, by taxi or by rented bikes. Owners are incredibly nice and helpful, hope I'll have an apportunity to visit this place again
Amazing views and very helpful and frendly hosts. We used the pool as we had a child with us, and the barbeque. Really exceptional setting.
The best view on the island, breathtaking sunsets! An authentic experience far from the excitement of the city, a small village with narrow streets lined with stone houses and brightly colored flowers at the windows. There is no such thing as luxury but just enough to make you feel fortunate to be part of this place even if just for a moment. Worth spending time with the owners, their life story can be easily the subject of an adventure book. God bless you!
Location, panorama, silence
When we arrived on Skopelos Island we thought we've just arrived in Paradise, but after our arrival at Secret Sporades Residence we realized that the Paradise is now completed. The residence is on the hill up with the most beautiful Sunset. The residence is so nice, tiddy, green and full of flowers. All vilas have flowers name and unique decoration, but all of them are offering a beautiful landscape. You don't need more to enjoy about this amazing experience, getting up in the morning with the Moon rised and going to sleep with the sea on your feet and with the most spectacular Sunset. It is a gorgeous, full of color and dynamic show. Every secong is unique, so be prepared with the most performant camera that you have.
The rooms are nice decorated, spacious, with nice furniture, very clean and well equiped with all you need. The community of Klima is so nice. You find kind and friendly people, as we've never met in other places.
We have no words to describe this beautiful couple Manlio and Fiorella. They came in Skopelos for the first time many years ago and they got immediately in love of Skopelos. They are kind, warm, nice with a positive and good energy, totaly dedicated to fulfill your expectation from Secret Sporades Residence. Manlio and Fiorella are a one heart/ a one soul couple, as every couple is dreaming for.
Thank you Fiorella and Manlio! You have enriched our lives and we can't wait to get back to you!

Breathtaking view from a quiet village
The beach mentioned in the description is not accessible in practice. Didn’t see the facilities for kids. All the apartments are close to each other and share some outdoor spaces, meaning you need to share some of your privacy!
20€ per night for a foldable cot is quite overpriced (meaning 100€ for 5 days!), but we didn’t have much choice. All the other facilities we have ever visited provided it for free.
