Wonderful hospitality, excellent comfort and a very happy little dachshund! 🐾
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Novi Sad! The breakfast was excellent, the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was elegant, welcoming and relaxing.

The room was very comfortable, housekeeping was excellent, and the bed was wonderful, with exceptionally soft pillows. Even our little dachshund, Tina, felt completely at home and absolutely loved the pillows! 🐾

We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant.

Overall, a lovely experience with excellent hospitality. We would happily stay here again!

Cons:

he only disappointment was the lack of EV charging facilities in the underground parking.

There were two parking spaces painted green and apparently intended for electric vehicles, but the charging stations had not yet been installed. These spaces were also occupied by conventional cars.

As we were travelling with our electric BMW iX, we had hoped to charge at the hotel but had to drive elsewhere instead.

We couldn't find any hotels in Novi Sad offering on-site EV charging, so installing these stations would give Sheraton a real competitive advantage.

Hopefully, they will be operational by our next visit!

Susretljivost i stručnost osoblja!
Hrana je u restoranu bila odlična (vegan sam)!
Pogled sa sedmoga kata je fenomenalan! Soba je bila super čista, krevet i posteljina nikada udobniji!!!

Cons:

Gel za tuširanje i losion za tijelo su bili muških mirisa, a obzirom na kategorizaciju hotela, smatram da kozmetika treba biti kvalitetna u sobama!

Pros:

Komforna soba, čistoća, garaža, ljubaznost osoblja. Gum i spa centar nismo koristili.

Cons:

Aparat za espreso kafu nedostaje. Male flašice vode se naplaćuju.
