Pros:

Хороший отель рядом с дендрарием. Останаливались уже несколько раз из-за удобной локации

Room had back yard view with trash containers

One of the front desk administrators (lady) is extremely impolite

Everything else - service other staff were great

Всё ужасно.Начну с того,что нас было 2 взрослых и ребенок 12 лет.Полотенца и халат все время давали на двоих.Нужно было постоянно ругаться.Бассейн неогражден от центральной улицы ничем,все проходящие смотрят извините прямо вам в купальники.Самое страшное было в последний день.Мы прибыли в гостиницу в в 12 ночи.Обратно нужно было выехать в 8 вечера.Я попросил продлить немного чек акт,так мне насчитали сумму почасовую за 8 часов как за 2 ночи.Ладно,черт с ним .На ресепшене мне было сказано,что не хватает ножного полотенца,хотя я сразу им заявил ещё в первый день,что его не хватает.Оставили чемоданы в камере хранения.Вечером ,забирая их(а меня ждало такси) я заметил,что чемоданы лежат не так и приоткрыты.Небыло времени проверять.Дома я увидел,что чемодан перевернут ,и не хватает моего личного полотенца.Это уже не в какие рамки не входит!!!Сообщества впечатления самые ужасные!!!Никому не советую.
