Netter erholsamer Ort, schöne Zimmer, jedoch kulinarisch Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Natur pur.
Empfang sehr nett. Suite sehr grosszügig, hell und sauber. Tolle Betten und Decken.
An der Bar, mit etwas Geduld, wunderbare Cocktails genossen.

Cons:

Der Ablauf im Speisesaal ist chaotisch. Man wird beim ‚Desk‘ nicht beachtet, Wartezeiten. Essen am Abend war ok aber nicht sehr raffiniert und auch nicht zu viel. Hätte mehr Luft nach oben. Beim Frühstück war es sehr schlecht organisiert, da wir, obwohl HP, keinen Platz hatten. Wir mussten warten, und waren dann, 45min vor Ende der Frühstückszeit, ohne Croissants oder Choco-Croissants, was enttäuschend war. Personal gestresst und knapp freundlich.
Pool zu kalt und zu wenige Liegemöglichkeiten.

Pros:

Korkeatasoinen kokoushotelli. Siistit huoneet, erinomainen sänky. Kivoja ulkoilupolkuja lähellä. Aamiainen erinomainen ja hotellin ravintola tasokas myös illalliselle. Hotellissa näytti olevan hyvät kokousfasiliteetit.

Cons:

Huoneen näköala oli pettymys, huoneen ilmastointia ei voinut säätää, oli vähän kuuma. Sijainti syrjäinen, mutta toki hotellilla itsessään runsaasti tekemistä.

Entspannter Wellnessaufenthalt unter der Woche mit viel Ruhe
Pros:

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, die Zimmer sind großzügig ausgestattet, wir hatten Bergsicht, gutes Restaurant und tolles Frühstück. Freundliches Personal im Restaurant. Auch als der falsche Tisch für Abends gedeckt war, wurde das sofort korrigiert und noch ein Aperitif anlässlich unseres Jubiläums spendiert. Für den Abreisetag haben wir "ausnahmsweise " noch einen Spint für unsere Sachen bekommen, obwohl dies sonst nicht möglich ist.

Cons:

Etwas unflexibels Personal an der Rezeption. Wir wollten noch eine zweite Badetasche fürs Wellness. Nicht soooo ungewöhnlich bei zwei Personen im Zimmer:). Zuerst kam die Belehrung, das dies eigentlich nicht geht, aber ausnahmsweise dann doch. Ebenso Aussagen wie: "Das kann eigentlich nicht sein!", als die Karte für den Fahrstuhl nicht funktioniert hat, ist für die Hotelkategorie nicht passend. Hätte sie funktioniert, wäre ich schließlich nicht übers Treppenhaus im Bademantel an die Rezeption gekommen.

Erholsame Auszeit in schöner Umgebung
Pros:

Wunderschönes modernes Hotel, toller Pool zum Rausschwimmen und mit schöner Bergsicht, Saunabereich, Whirlpool und Ruheraum sehr schön und alles sehr sauber. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal….uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!
