Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Alles bestens, nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Wellnessbereiche etwas verteilt im Haus.

Cons:

Durchweg positiv und empfehlenswert.

Wellnessbereich, Qualität des Restaurants, Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Zimmer schon langsam abgewohnt. Großes Brandloch im Schreibtisch, Defekte Steckdose, Flecken und Haare im Teppich, Wasserhahn im Bad locker und fehlende Schraube. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber die machen es manchmal aus, ob man sich willkommen fühlt.

Менеджери сервісу можуть бути більш привітними та уважними до гостей.
Pros:

Номер був чистим та охайним,на 3поверсі,поруч з фітнесом,та сауною. (але сауна для такого великого готелю трохи замала) .У фітнесі є вода та полотенця.Це дуже комфортно.Сніданок також був смачним,всього було достатньо .

Cons:

Коли ми забронювали столик на вечір,та прийшли ввечері спитати де ми можемо сісти,то нас зустрів зовсім не дружелюбний менеджер сервісу,Хоча одразу можно було привітатися і спитали номер ,на якій було заброньовано.Тоді б це питання було вирішено за 1хвилину. І стол був зовсім в іншому місті,не там де ми хотіли.Аперетив запропонували,але принесли теж не одразу.🥺.Було прикро,тому що це був мій День народження,і настрій трохи був зіпсован.Вечеря була смачною і офіціантка була дуже привітна.
