Perfect place to space close to train station and other attractions
Pros:

Spacious well appointed room with kitchen and view of the church. Very comfortable bed. Dark block out curtain.

Cons:

Entrance to the hotel is hidden in a side alley, sign not too visible.

Good location, friendly staffs and providing a basic kitchen.
Pros:

The hotel has a basic kitchen. This suit me very much because I don’t like eating out every day and want my own made meals sometimes. Plus it locates in the city centre.

Cons:

It’s quite noisy at late night because it’s quite central in the city and close to a few bars, so quite often you can hear loud talks from pass-by people.

We had a brilliant time in Belfast. The Flint played an important part in that.
Pros:

fabulously located for all main areas of Belfast. The concierge could not have been more helpful or friendly. The restaurant and bar associated with the hotel was a great place to get a drink at the end of the day - and even a tasty pizza.

Nice hotel once you find it…really need some signage on the street in front.
Pros:

Location in middle of city Centre. Comfortable room with a/c if needed. Very welcoming staff.

Cons:

VERY difficult to find the hotel. There is NO hotel signage on the street…entrance located 50 ft down an alley. Also no place to park car for a minute or two to unload bags. No parking onsite…had to park in public garage few blocks down the street.

My own apartment in Belfast
Pros:

Arrived on a Sunday after flying in from Calgary to Dublin. Took the express bus right from the airport and arrived at Grand Central which is a straight 5 minute walk to the hotel. Location is brilliant for the station and being centrally based in the city center. We were able to checkin early which was quick and easy with the staff being lovely and friendly. The room is a studio with kitchen that is well stocked with utensils and came with coffee, tea and the accessories. We were on the 1st floor which might make you wary for street noise, it was quiet and we had no issue. Water pressure is the shower is amazing and no shortage of hot water. Bed is comfortable and we had AC which was appreciated because the weather was sunny and warm the whole 5 days we were there. In the past we have done AirBNB to have a kitchen and laundry. The Flint provides both with a great value for the nightly rate. There are many shops nearby like Tesco Express or M & S to pick up meal stuff. Would absolutely stay again and say this is our go to for staying in Belfast. Everything is 5 out of 5 from the lovely staff to the location and clean rooms

Very good stay 8.5 on my rating
Pros:

Our room had a mini-kitchen and had enough of the basics for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Floors didn’t match newer decor. I know this was intended but not my taste. No Parking or no easy load/unloading area.

Excellent et central
Pros:
