the air con was broken, the TV was virtually unwatchable and the water was temporarily turned off as I was taking a shower

The location is excellent. The staff especially on reception were superb highly recommend them. The restaurant is excellent too.
Air conditioning in room didn’t work. I feel room service could have been more frequent. I also feel 4 coat hangers between 2 is not sufficient.
