Fantastic hotel & staff
Pros:

Staff were so friendly, reception & housekeeping in particular, a credit to this hotel. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from main bus station, just round the corner from Donegall Square where everything happens. Room is more of an apartment, great facilities.

Great location, great facilitiy
Pros:

Everything about this place was great. The people who work there, the room itself, the free laundry, the fact that it is so near the Hop On Hop Off tour and loads of restaurants within walking distance. The humor of the place... to key cards say Stick with me and I'll open doors for you. Really!!!

La habitación con kichenette muy cómoda. Bien ubicado. Las chicas del loby no hablaban español pero fueron muy atentas.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Even helped us call car rental company when we got a flat.
