Very central and lovely staff
It’s effectively studios and no facilities
Room was spacious but noisy
Bit of a comedy start to my stay. Took 20 minutes to find the car park and another 20 to find the hotel, so I arrived fairly frazzled. Zoe on reception was great — very patient and welcoming. She sent me up to the 5th floor with my key, only for me to realise I’d forgotten my room number and had to go back down again.
We also had a laugh about a Booking.com review saying you had to “book the bar.” I’d actually messaged the hotel asking to do just that, and they said they’d never had that request before — turns out you only need to book a booth if you’re eating or with a group.
Bless her, she’s probably never seen the like of me before. I don’t get out much!😅😂

Room was nice and there were nice touches with proper milk left for coffee/tea in the mini fridge. Staff very helpful and friendly and took on board the couple of small issues we had.
Shower head could have been better.

Incredibly clean and great facilities, but most importantly the staff are the nicest staff I've ever come across in hotels. They very kind and helpful. The view from my room wasn't anything special but I booked knowing I had a restricted view so it didn't bother me at all. Room was big and still very bright.
