everything was amazing staff is so friendly and i said it was my 21st birthday and they upgraded my room with no charge my room was amazing with a view of the city and water room was so clean and i felt so fancy
honestly i was really excited to go to the pool but it was closed for renovations and i wasnt informed we were redirected to the residence pool but there was no music or anything i thought i could be more fun but the hotub was great
The view of the sea was perfecto to wake up to.
The room was spacious and even though we were a big party it felt comfortable
the location was top and the location around the hotel was really nice to get to know
That the room wasn't the ready
Pleasant staff, nice room with a view, very quiet and comfortable. In-house restaurant delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Drinks and bites were perfect and the staff was great!
The bathroom could use upgrades. Sink and shower both leak creating a hazardous situation in the bathroom.

Conforto e localização
Hotel com alto custo e nao estava com a piscina funcionando e nao tinha nenhum aviso no ato da reserva. Fiquei 10 dias com minha família, no verão absoluto, sem piscina, sem aviso prévio, sem desconto quando reclamei. Outro ponto é a limpeza do quarto por 3 dias dos 10 nao limparam o quarto, nao trocaram as toalhas , nada. Precisa reclamar para atender. Custo de mais de R$ 20.000,00 por 10 dias , sentimento de dinheiro jogado fora. Mais de 4500 usd.
