No check in, me cobraram $500 dólares no cartão para despesas extras, porém quando fiz o check out falaram que retornariam o valor não gasto para o meu cartão, o que até agora não aconteceu.

Boa , mas esperavamos que fosse melhor.
Pros:

Quarto e banheiros bem grandes, shampoo e condicionador de boa qualidade e limpeza do quarto . Nosso quarto tinha sacada e boa ventilação.

Cons:

Cama com colchão ruim , mole demais . Café da manha somente a la carte e poucas opções no cardápio, pedimos frutas , panqueca e um omelete com queijo , sabor não era dos melhores.

Not worth the money and cleaning is the less thing that should be up to par for such a branded hotel!

The rooms are unkempt and the cleaning staff is hardly attentive. The connecting door lets you clearly hear your neighbours next door speaking which is very annoying. Furthermore, from our room on the 11th floor you can hear a loud car passing by. The glass on the balcony doesn’t offer any soundproofing.

Clean, great hotel in desirable area
Pros:

We used this hotel for a post cruise stay, and it was great. Room was ready and clean by 9:45am.
The staff was friendly, great area, with food and beverage walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a vibrant financial district known for its luxury urban lifestyle. The area is highly walkable, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby, including a mall. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, with front desk staff like Chelsea and Camilla demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms featuring large baths and good showers. Although we encountered a minor issue with housekeeping, Duty Manager Sheila handled the situation with professionalism and promptly resolved the issue. The team's proactive and caring approach ensures a comfortable stay for guests. Kudos to their leadership skills! We'll definitely return. Thank you, Hyatt, and especially Sheila and her team! 🙏🙏

Quarto muito espaçoso, banheiro enorme, vista do nascer do sol linda. Café da manhã foi um valor que dava o direito a pedir no restaurante do hotel, achei que fosse um café da manhã normal. A panqueca estava boa.

Cons:

A piscina estava em manutenção e não foi avisado previamente. Pagamos por algo que não pôde ser utilizado.
