Pros:

The location of the hotel was good and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

We weren't aware that we had to pay a destination fee of $40 each day it would be helpful to include this in the hotel description.

Céntrico, tranquilo y cómodo
Pros:

Hotel con una ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos andando del centro de Brickell pero en una calle tranquila con poco ruido. Vistas al mar perfectas. La piscina en la azotea, climatizada, maravillosa. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Lo mejor, el desayuno a la carta. Y los empleados muy amables. Volveremos!

Very decent, but for the price range, i'd expected way more.
Pros:

spacious room, i could work and relax. Bed was comfortable, good shower and not a bathtub like most American bathrooms tend to have. As you get older, you appreciate more and more those kind of bathrooms.

Cons:

Staff didn't clean my room daily, and often i had to request at the front desk, more than once, to clean my room.

Ruidos molestos
Pros:

Las instalaciones del baño tenían un problema que generaban un ruido todos los días cuando las habitaciones cercanas tocaban el botón del inodoro. Hablé con el gerente mencionándole que esta situación generaba tanto ruido a las mañanas que me había levantado a las 8:00 a.m. todos los días. Me indicaron que al día siguiente iban a disponer de una habitación para poderme hacerme un cambio. Nadie se contacto y cuando fui a averiguar a la recepción me dijeron que no había ninguna habitación para poder cambiarme.
