Pros:

No hygiene, even there toilets not working, smoke alarm make noices, small room, overall don't go there... if you're going nuwara eliya than 'rose magnolia guest' is a good place for 2-3 nights and cheap humble host.

Pros:

I stayed here for 1 night.
The view from the balcony is amazing! You will see the beautiful tea gardens.

The room was clean enough to sleep but I had to kill more than 5 flies in my room(Fortunately they flew slow).
And my room located near the reception so you will hear people talking and walking which I felt bit annoyed.
Unfortunately, there was an argument among one of the guests and reception around 10-11pm very loud which made me uncomfortable.

As conclusion, I can recommend this place to stay.
But I think the facilities and service was not as much as $90 which I paid. I advise you to stay here when the fee is less than $60 in total.

I can say the staff are friendly and polite which is good.
