The innovative concept and the hospitality of the staff made for a very memorable stay
Pros:

It’s a charming, vibrant hotel with a modern feel and incredibly comfortable rooms. The location is ideal—right where the popular areas begin—and only a short five-minute stroll to the Danube

Cons:

I really liked the combination of modern sophistication and simplicity. Being located right in a mall makes it incredibly convenient. The balcony was a bonus.

Pros:

Frühstück wirklich mehr als ausreichend und geschmacklich sehr gut. Es ist ein klassisches Buffet aber die Auswahl ist mehr als genug. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral und top was einen Städtetrip betrifft. Es sind auch genug Parkmöglichkeiten in der Garage. Das Zimmer gefiel mir sehr gut da super ruhig, Ausstattung so wie beschrieben. Extra positiv zu erwähnen war das Upgrade was ich bekam - danke nochmal dafür

We had a wonderful stay at Mama Shelter Belgrade. The hotel is extremely central, making it easy to explore the city on foot, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops just steps away.

The room and all common areas were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and fresh products, a great way to start the day.

A special mention goes to Alexander at the reception. He was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive, and helped us with every request with a genuine smile. In addition, the rest of the hotel staff was also very friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

The atmosphere of the hotel is modern, lively, and fun, yet still comfortable and relaxing. Everything was well organized, and the service level was consistently high.

Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we would definitely choose Mama Shelter Belgrade again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
