Pros:

Property is in great location, staff is very friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, all appliances that you may need.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean esp bathroom cabinets and walls had brown splashes so did bedroom wardrobe. Shower cabin leaking so when having shower water was all over the floor. Hairdryer broken not working. Moldy and rusty windows that weren’t clean. AC unit pump was broken so it was leaking on the floor outside. Pool area was closed with work going on.

Séjour à Martina rhodes
Pros:

Très bien. Bon rapport qualité-prix, fonctionnel. Bien situé. Un peu loin de la mer à pied cependant.

Cons:

Photos flatteuses sur booking. Un peu moins idyllique en vrai. Grands cyprès pour séparer des immeubles mitoyens donc peu de lumière et soleil sur notre terrasse. . Très petite piscine et lors de notre séjour sans eau alors qu'écrit sur booking en service à partir du 1 er avril.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.
I had a late return flight, I was allowed to keep the apartment until I had to leave for the airport free of charge.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn't the best.

Well-located and equipped, modern apartments.
Pros:

Friendly and polite staff, great location, well-equipped, nicely decorated apartment and the private garden was lovely. Close to supermarkets, eateries, pharmacy and travel options (bus or car rentals). The owner was also prompt and friendly/helpful in all correspondence.

Cons:

I understand we visited very early on in the season and we got a great rate and this is maybe why, but it felt like they weren't quite ready for guests in the sense that the pool and other outdoor areas including the grounds were undergoing maintenance or waiting for it (although this is obviously great for future visitors). Perhaps the storm also contributed to delays though. Nevertheless, I certainly did get the feeling that the owners take pride in their property and providing a good customer experience. It would be great to visit when it's all up and running!

Το μόνο αρνητικό που δεν είναι θέμα του καταλύματος φυσικά , ήταν ότι είχε πολλά μυρμήγκια στο σαλόνι, μόλις έπεφτε κάτι σε φαγητό μαζευόντουσαν. Αλλα τονίζω, δεν ήταν λάθος του καταλύματος .
