Hotel tres mauvais etat meilleur autre coter de la rue par contre merci a maria camilla de la reception et restaurant tres gentille et travail tres fort dejeuner correct pour la colombie les matelas sont tres vieux enfin c’est un etablissement que j’ai passer que une nuiter alors dependant de vos gouts piscine a l’air correct mais pas ete zone un peu bizarre apres 9 heures si vous y aller prener une chambre en bas niveau 100 et familial 10 dollars de plus mais pas a monter 4 etages tolu est juste pour un passage alors j’ai passer et ne retournerait pas merci sylvain canada

Tolu ist ein Durchgangsort für Reisen zu den Islas San Bernardos, im Hotel Kevins lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und am Pool entspannen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Hotel confortable y céntrico en Tolu, bueno par ir a cualquier lado. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación, el cual fue solucionado inmediatamente.

No respetaron la reserva a través de Hotels.com
Pros:

Cuando llegamos no nos tenían la reserva que habíamos hecho. Y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para la primera noche. El empleado del hotel muy formal pero descoordinado el administrador de la plataforma en Medellín tiene que enviarle siempre al hotel todos los datos para que no sucedan estos inconvenientes.

Muy mal servicio, llegamos y la persona que nos atendio fue muy descortes, hubo un tema con el pago porque la aplicacion no lo debita de la cuenta y se debe hacer en el hotel directamente, no tenian datafono (a pesar de tener señales de que aceptan todas las tarjetas), las habitaciones son basicas, estan bien, sin embargo el TV no servia y el colchon estaba bastante duro. En la mañana vimos que si habia datafono solo que solo una ñersona lo sabe usar. En general, mal servicio, el turista NO es priroridad.
