Pros:

Пора сменить систему оплаты услуг по картам. Это выглядит очень несовременно - показываешь карту гостя для записи на счет комнаты и подписываешь три счета.
А потом при выселении оплачиваешь - из-за этого на ресепшене большие очереди.

В целом всё хорошо. Подуставший номер, довольно долгая процедура заезда (возможно, связанная с большим количеством отдыхающих)

Pros:

Очень хороший отель. Хочу отметить теплый бассейн под открытым небом, большие чистые комфортные номера. В ресторане кофемашины, есть диетический стол, разнообразное меню. Дл детей батуты, скалодром, игровые аппараты, большой зоопарк с разнообразными животными.Минусов не нашли.

Pros:

Отдых получился очень хорошим. Замечательное расположение: лес, река, свой зоопарк. Отличная анимация. Открытый бассейн с подогревом - купались и в прохладные дни. Есть и крытый бассейн с сауной. Питание разнообразное, вкусное.
Минусы: Звукоизоляция - никакая. Отсутствие шторки в ванной (она даже не предусмотрена). Отсутствие пирил на лестнице входа (скользко на ступенях при дожде, боюсь думать, что будет при снеге (корпус № 3). В остальном - все замечательно! Обязательно вернусь сюда еще!
