L hôtel est idéalement situé a proximité des pistes,le personnel est très serviable .
Cet établissement offre de fabuleuse prestations ,que ce soit le restaurant,le SPA ,le calme la propreté.
tout est mis en œuvre pour que le client ne manque de rien.

overall a great experience. Hotel Food and staff lived up to my expectations. I would advise others

The staff went out of their way to make you feel at ease. including personally driving to restaurant locations. Felt a very personal service the entire time we were there .

Cons:

there wasn't much to fault without being too picky.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Tolle Lage und das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sauber und einladend.

Cons:

Im Ruhebereich des SPA war es laut, weil nicht wirklich abgegrenzt zu den Saunen und dem Whirlpool

Klassisch, Modern, mit Sterne Küche

Das fast familiäre Personal hat es geschafft unseren Aufenthalt besonders zu machen. Das Hotel hat eine tolle TG wir hatten ein TOP modernisiertes Zimmer mit knapp 40 qm2, Thomas und seine Küchencrew aber feinste Küche serviert mit viel Vielfalt auf dem Niveau eines Sterne Restaurants! Wirklich sehr sehr fein und guad!
Auch das Konzept spät frühstücken einkehren zur jause um 15:00 Uhr und Abendessen. Gegen 19/20:00 Uhr hat einen sehr entspannten, gemütlichen Tagesablauf gemacht für uns.

Cons:

Das Bett ist zwar sehr gemütlich, besteht aber auch als Doppelbett nur aus zwei einzelnen Matratzen mit einer großen tiefen Lücke in der Mitte die Matratze bewegt sich in der Nacht und so kommt es vor, dass man am nächsten Morgen so eine 10cm Breite Kuhle neben sich auffindet!

Alles wunderbar, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit großem geräumigen Zimmer. Tolle Lage direkt neben der Piste. Lecker Essen und super Servicekräfte. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet was highly varied, appealing to English, European and North American tastes.

The food is of a consistently high quality. The hotel offers an included ski snack with both savoury and sweet foods. Strangely tea and coffee are not included but may be purchased. The spa offered two steam baths, one hay sauna, a spacious very hot sauna, a jacuzzi, snow and numerous showers and featuring a variety of shower heads

Cons:

That the Hotel charges 5.50 euros for a 1.5 litre bottle of tap water.
