Excellent Stay!
Pros:

Hotel was a little far from Moscow center and there's nothing much around it (only a small shopping center) but it was well worth it.
Staff was super friendly, they solved all our needs (printing an schedule, fresh pithc of water everyvening, etc) and our room was always neaty and clean
Totally recommend it!

Pros:

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. Their way of treating us, especially for dinner was amazing. They would really go out their way to make us feel comfortable. Probably one of the best customer service hotels I’ve ever visited.
