Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren alle sehr aufmerksam, haben uns Tipps und Ideen gegeben und als bei der Buchung ein Problem war sind sie aktiv auf uns zugekommen und haben eine Lösung gefunden.

Auch das essen im Restaurant war fantastisch, wir haben sehr sehr gut gegessen. Deutlich besser als an vielen anderen Orten.

Hotel mit viel Geschichte. Gut ausgestattet und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Im Innenhof sitzt man bei schönem Wetter super. Frühstück und auch das Abendessen im tollen Pub sind sehr gut. Das Haus ist ziemlich verwinkelt, so dass die Zimmer wohl unterschiedlich sind. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Erker zum Parkplatz, sehr schön. Das gesamte Personal freundlich.

Great central location with excellent food and good value for money
Pros:

We were pleased to be called by the manager to discuss our requirements prior to arriving. Little hard to find the car park but that’s not the hotels fault. Excellent dinner and breakfast I have paid far more for mediocre meals elsewhere

Cons:

Would prefer a super king or at least a king size bed. Need to add USB charger sockets to bed side plug sockets

Very comfy stay in this historic Pembroke hotel
Pros:

Excellent location and I received a very warm welcome. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
Nice sized room and comfy bed.
Very powerful shower with plenty of hot water.
Good WiFi signal.

Cons:

Breakfast was very nice but it would have been good to have some fresh fruit.
The room especially bathroom look a little dated and maybe could do with a refurb.
