Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect for us.
Corridors where dated it's an old building but it wouldn't hurt to make it look better.
The bathroom is dated the bath is very high to step in and out of and is slippery when wet also the shower was very weak.
I think £280 for 2 nights is overpriced for this hotel.
Iconic Pembroke hotel, a bit tired but still charming, comfortable and clean with an excellent restaurant and bar.

The staff were great, very friendly and kind.

Clean, beautiful double room. Good breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful. Ed at reception was lovely, even lent me a phone charger when I forgot to take mine. Good parking, place is central to amenities.
Has to keep repeating order for breakfast on second day as staff forgetful, was delayed but was still good overall.
The room was very comfortable and having a bath was a plus for my wife as she struggles with her balance.
The staff were welcoming and friendly and were always on hand to help if needed.

Really nice quaint hotel just across from the castle (less than 5 min walk).
Really good value for money, as breakfast is included.
I had dinner every night there too and while it's not super economical, it's really worth it. Really fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked.
If anything, the bed was not really comfortable, definitely needs changing.
