Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Location was horrible. Our first bedroom had a very loud fan. Moved us to another room. Heard people yelling outside at 3am. Many homeless people roaming around the hotel.

A place to stay in a convenient location, but overpriced for overall experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Shower was broken, most of the water pressure went through the tub. One of the blinds was broken. I also found it frustrating that the cost of parking was not included in the cost of the hotel and was not obviously communicated in the booking process. I would have booked elsewhere if I was aware.

Although the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, my experience did not reflect that rating. Upon arrival, the first room assigned to us had unclean sheets and a bathroom that was not properly maintained. While we were moved to an upgraded room that was cleaner, the noise level was disruptive, as we could hear toilets flushing from surrounding rooms. Additionally, the overall cost of the stay felt excessive, especially with the numerous fees added to the bill. Unfortunately, this did not provide the value or quality one would expect from a 5-star establishment.
