El hotel debe indicar que no cuenta con A. A.
Pros:

Tomamos dos habitaciones las cuales tenía un ventilador que era deficiente para el calor que hacía en el día y en la noche, terrible más de 30grados, cuando promocionen estos hoteles en zonas de calor, por favor coloquen que no cuentan con A.A, para que el cliente desidia y no esté pasando por estos bochornos.

Quarto grande, mas bem gelado. Hotel em reformas ainda, nao tem cafe da manha e os quartos nao estao totalmente terminados. Uma janela do banheiro nao fechava e entre o banheiro e o quarto nao eram paredes inteiras, passava muito vento e frio do banheiro pro quarto.

Pros:

Me gustó la habitación limpia y amplia del hotel y la tranquilidad del lugar. La piscina limpia y grande solo que por el clima y los tours ya no nos dio tiempo de meternos pero me agradó mucho el hotel, lo único que tiene que mejorar es el servicio de la recepción, el trato hacia el cliente es base de una estadía y falta comunicación.

Nice hotel. Needs some improvements
Pros:

It is necessary to place night tables with lamps. For the elder to place supports at shower and toilet places. Request more water pressure. Air fans only circulate the room hot air at night so windows has to be opened to bring fresh cool air but without screen mosquitos become a nuisance.

La habitación estaba aseada y los ambientes eran adecuados, pero el caño no cerraba bien y goteaba, la piscina estaba sucia y el agua de un color turbio, deberían cambiarla con más frecuencia.
