Mala experiencia.

Hotel cerrado, no brindan informacion veras.

El hotel no estaba en servicio, se evidencio que esta en adecuacion total, quien me atendieo en la entrada principal fue un maestro de construccion quien manifesto que el hotel estaba en reparacion hace dias.
en ningun momento se comunicaron por ningun canal , correo, llamada, para cancelar la reserva o informar qu se encontrba en reparacion, esto causo traumatismos teniendo en cuenta que a ultima hora debimos recurrir a la busqueda de otro hotel lo cual se torno un poco dispendioso.

Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente, la ubicación del sitio a media cuadra de Transmilenio y en zona Centrica es muy buena.

Cons:

No había papel en los baños y el servicio de limpieza es algo demorado.

Everything was great, except for the wifi. The breakfast was also really good and the people are very friendly.

It was enough for the price you paid.
Pros:

It was a great location close to all important sites in the city, good communication with the staff, it was actually comfortable and it was near to a good transport system. The cable was excellent.

Cons:

They didn't clean the room, we didn't have enough towels or cleaning items; the schedule for breakfast was a bit tight so we didn't have it some of those days. The bathroom had some water leaks and there weren't enough hangers to put your clothes away.
