Fantastisch personeel, heerlijk rustige mooie plek om een paar dagen door te brengen

Brovad is a must go to if you are taking a trip to Uganda. It's a beautiful get away from the bustle of the city. It's not a beach as it's on a lake, but the surroundings will make you believe you are. The staff are amazing, kind, thoughtful and will do their best to ensure you have the best experience. Always check in with the receptionist about a problem; don't just grumble, they will always have a solution.
The weekends are busy, and if you enjoy a lively vibe, the weekend is a good option; otherwise, the weekdays are so tranquil.

Staff not to be rude

Tolle Anlage, viele Bäume, mehrere Terrassen, Beachbar und schöner Swimmingpool (wichtig da man im See nicht baden sollte). Das Hotel organisiert den Transfer zur Fähre - klappt problemlos. Essen ist immer als Buffet mit täglich wechselnder Auswahl. Besonders gut hat uns das Abendessen im Garten mit Barbecue und das anschließende Lagerfeuer am Strand gefallen. Man kann verschiedene Aktivitäten über das Hotel buchen. Wir haben die Wanderung durch den Wald gemacht die sehr zum empfehlen ist.

Everything about brovad was excellent apart from the food

Easy booking, amazing room, friendly service and staff, superb massages at the Spa and overall just a super nice, cozy and relaxing place!
I recommend booking the suites, it’s totally worth it! Management is also extremely professional and forthcoming.

Excellent customer services and cleanliness

I loved the food, they are very clean and responded to calls from the room promptly. I had my grandchildren and they were very accomodative. They had comfortable roll-in beds. We all had a great time.

Excellent séjour dans cet endroit très beau installé sur les rives du lac Victoria.
Les suites sont installées à proximité du rivage avec une très belle vue depuis les fenêtres et le balcon. Très grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire.
Pour bien profiter du lac, ne ratez pas la petite croisière au coucher du soleil avec musique et ambiance.
Concernant les repas misez davantage sur les plats proposés à la carte plutôt que le buffet.
Petit bémol, en ce qui concerne l’écoresponsabilité : les serviettes et les savons entamés sont changés tous les jours.
Internet n’est pas disponible partout dans les chambres.
A noter qu’il existe une navette directe assurée par l’hôtel par bateau rapide, depuis Entebbe

We do not get food what we want in to menu. Food cooking time was too long. 1,5 hours.
