Sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, mitten in der Altstadt. Alles sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist perfekt. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gepflegt, freundlich und sehr gutes essen - ein perfekter Abend! Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist in dieser Zimmergrösse schon sehr eng. Es ist halt ein Altbau, da musste man wohl das Bad in die vorhandene Fläche quetschen. Beim Check-in hätte ich mir ein klareres und präsenteres Auftreten gewünscht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok. Der Frühstücksspeck war sehr sehr hart, also überkross gebraten, die überbackene Tomaten ebenfalls sehr hart und eigentlich ungeniessbar. Das Rührei war gut, dafür die Brötchen eher fad und geschmacklos.

Empfehlenswert in der Altstadt
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal im Service wie auch an der Reception.
Hatte Geburtstag und wurde mit einem sehr liebevoll gedeckten Tisch und ein Törtchen überrascht. Auch wurde uns zum Frühstück ein Glas Sekt " auf's Haus" angeboten.
Hatten uns entschieden den Zimmerservice für die 4 Übernachtungen nicht in Anspruch zu nehmen, Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir aber stets frische Handtücher und Badetücher.

Cons:

Badezimmer in Zimmer 206 sehr, sehr klein. Schön und modern renoviert aber nur für kleine und schlanke Gäste geeignet.
Wünschenswert wären 1 - 2 Kleiderhacken im Zimmer.
Sehr schön die Fenster mit Glasmalerei, die Sicht auf den Platz und die beidseitigen Fensterbänke mit Kissen.

Leider enttäuscht
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt alt ehrwürdig mitten in der Altstadt von Konstanz , schönes mittelalterliches Gebäude , Top Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück… 20€ pP auch schon üppiger Preis .. Tiefgarage etwas weiter vom Hotel ca.400m, aber ok , 14€ pro Tag .. eine recht gute Lösung

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte leider den Charme eines Tiefkühlers .. Super enges kleines Zimmer, sehr spartanisch und abgewohnt und leider überhaupt nicht romantisch, hässliche dunkle Möbel ( überhaupt nichts antik) einzig das Bad war modern .
Wir hatten leider nicht den Eindruck in einem 4 Sterne Appartement zu sein … deshalb können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn es ein anderes Zimmer gäbe ( wir hatten 207.. vielleicht lag es auch daran , dass wir einen kleinen Hund dabei hatten… da gibt es anscheinend so eine Art Besenkammer … wir kommen sicher wieder , aber nicht ins

Pros:

Nicely decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with many choices in a lovely restaurant setting. Great location for walking around to shops and restaurants and the lake.

Cons:

The room was a bit too warm but this seems consistent with many hotel rooms in Europe.

Wie in einem Fürstenzimmer :)
Pros:

Das Zimmer fühlte sich an wie ein Fürstenzimmer. Es war sehr geräumig und vermittelte eine Burg-Atmosphäre. Unser Sohn hatte ein Bett mit Matratze (statt eines bezogenen Sofas). Das haben wir sehr als Service geschätzt. Das Zimmer (Suite) war sehr geräumig und ruhig. Beim Frühstück waren die angebotenen Sachen gut (z.B. Bircher-Müsli, Cappuccino, Croissants, Rühreier, weiches Ei ...) und wir hatten einen angenehmen Tisch. Das hat gut gepasst. Für uns ist dieses Hotel mit seinem eigenen Charme hervorstechend ... und die Lage - inmitten der Altstadt - war toll!

Shopping Taq in Konstanz
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und der Aufenthalt hat sich gelohnt. Besonders empfehlenswert ist ein kleiner Entdeckungsgang durch das historische Gebäude – es gibt dort viel zu sehen! Passend zum historischen Charme ist der Holzboden stellenweise etwas schräg und knarrt gemütlich. Ein Lift ist zum Glück vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt, was wir perfekt für unseren Shoppingtrip nutzen konnten ^^

Cons:

Parken: Das Parkhaus ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, aber Ein- und Ausladen direkt am Haus ist erlaubt. Kleiner Tipp: Das Ticket muss man sich erst im Hotel holen, bevor man ins Parkhaus fährt.
